The second bedroom has queen size bed and jack-n-jill bathroom share with 3rd bedroom which is used as an office/den area or overflow for guests. The office/den area is equipped with queen-size blow-up bed.

The lanai itself has stackable sliding floor to ceiling glass with 90% privacy screening. You are also less than a mile from two other family recreation centers. The Havanna Country Club is a mile away by car or golf cart and the property is close to at least six golf courses.

Rental includes the use of 4 seat golf cart with extended roof, outfitted with a golf club rack, 360-degree mirror, side mirrors, backup camera, undercarriage lights, cooler, and Bazooka sound system. Take the golf cart to one of the squares to enjoy music offered nightly or for a round of golf.

Weekly rentals are only available during the months of April through December.
Only full month rentals are allowed during the prime months of January through March. Payments can be arranged for long term rentals of more than a month. The payments can be divided into three payments with the final payment to be made two months prior to check-in.
