Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message from Casa de Kona Vacation Rentals with a secure digital link to our Rental Agreement. This is a standard step for all Casa de Kona guests. We kindly ask that the agreement be reviewed and signed within 24 hours to complete your booking. Reservations with unsigned agreements after this timeframe will be cancelled per our booking policy so the dates can be reopened for other guests.

Nestled in the serene neighborhood of South Oceanside, this newly constructed vacation rental combines privacy with convenience.

From dawn to dusk, this hidden gem promises a plethora of delights. Discover the renowned Top Gun House, a beloved local landmark, and indulge in their mouthwatering High-Pie. Don't miss the breathtaking coastal sunsets, a spectacle that captivates both residents and tourists. Grab your camera and blanket, and head to the beach to witness this natural wonder. Alternatively, take a break from the sand and embark on a shopping spree in the charming beach community of Carlsbad, or treat yourself to a delectable seafood dinner.

We prioritize your comfort with our selection of Hotel Collection luxury bedding, plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen for cozy nights in. The Hideaway Junior features a King-size bed for enhanced relaxation, and the couch can be transformed into a king-size sleeper for additional sleeping space. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with flat screen Roku TVs, complete with Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN subscriptions. Enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living as the French doors open up to a spacious private patio area. Delight in multiple seating arrangements, including an outdoor sofa, lounge chairs, a fire table, a patio heater, umbrellas, and a BBQ grill. There's even a separate covered patio table for those seeking shade. For families with children, a generous grassy yard awaits (shared with another Casa de Kona home - see information below). For beach excursions, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, a beach cooler, a beach wagon, and luxury beach towels.

Convenience is at your doorstep, with Primo Market, a convenient store offering mouthwatering BBQ ribs and Carne Asada, just a short walk away. Take a stroll to So. Oceanside Brewing Company taproom for the best beer in San Diego or indulge in delicious pizza at Best Pizza & Brew, our favorite local spot. For coffee enthusiasts, Vigilante Coffee House offers the latest brews. Additionally, Walmart and Stater Bros grocery store are less than 2 miles away. Oceanside Pier is a mere 1.5 miles away, while Carlsbad is just as close.

The Hideaway Junior features a thoughtfully designed space, including one bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor. The open concept kitchen and living room area provide a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen boasts full-size stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A beautiful quartz island adds a touch of elegance, making this the perfect haven for couples or small families. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Smart Roku TVs for your entertainment needs, including access to Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. Ductless mini splits in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom ensure optimal temperature control. The Hideaway Junior shares a lush landscaped property with the attached Casa de Kona - Casita (Vrbo # 2084422), which can be rented separately or together as the larger Casa de Kona - Villa (Vrbo # 2084425). However, the Hideaway Junior retains its own private spaces. When you rent the Hideaway Junior, you will have a designated private entrance, a personal outdoor dining table on a private deck with a lounging area, a BBQ grill, a fire table, and a patio heater. The only shared space is the expansive grassy yard that extends beyond your deck. The maximum capacity for vehicles is 2, and street parking is available directly in front of the home.

The Hideaway Junior is stocked with high-quality household essentials, including linens, bath towels, bathroom products, a hairdryer, kitchen dish soap, dish towels, a sponge, Ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and more.

Please note that there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed for parking, and street parking is available directly in front of the home. Street sweeping occurs every 2nd and 4th Monday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Kindly ensure your cars are moved accordingly during this time.

To comply with South Oceanside's residential noise ordinance laws, quiet hours at Casa de Kona begin at 10 PM and end at 10 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect these regulations.

Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, security cameras are installed in the exterior common areas and continuously monitor the property's perimeter.

Upon booking, you will receive an instant confirmation from "Casa de Kona Vacation Rentals." Please review the details for accuracy and use the link provided in your booking confirmation to sign our Rental Agreement. To secure your reservation, we require your signed/initialed Rental Agreement within 12 hours; failure to provide it may result in the cancellation of your booking.
