This cozy cottage is located in a quaint St. Joseph neighborhood with breath-taking views of Lake Michigan (200 feet from bluff). It is within walking distance to one of several beaches the area has to offer and is minutes from Downtown Saint Joseph which offers fun activities for the family, great restaurants and the nationally acclaimed Harbor Shores golf course which has hosted the Senior PGA championship. The property is only 50 minutes away from Notre Dame Stadium and is a great option if you're planning a football weekend. In most cases during football season, we are able to waive the 4 night minimum stay.

The renovated cottage includes a beautiful stone patio which is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the- art appliances, granite counter-tops and oak flooring. The nautical themed living room opens up to a cozy sun-room facing the lake. The four bedrooms each sleep two. Off the kitchen there is a sliding door to a back deck with views of the lake and a gas grill

A security camera is located on the garage to monitor driveway for activity.

Cute Cottage with a Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for family dinners and game nights. We loved that we could walk down the street to view the sunset every night. The house was clean and the property manager was excellent at communicating with us. It was close to the beach and downtown and was kid-friendly. We definitely recommend the cottage and look forward to renting it again.

Lake Michigan Getaway

My family and I always look to rent a different house for our summer vacations to Lake Michigan. The decision was unanimous, this house was everyone's favorite. Perfect Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. It was perfect for our family of six adults and one small child. We were able to walk in the beautiful neighborhood and watch the sunset over the lake. We had easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and coffee shop. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space in the living room for all of us. There was ample table space indoors and out with a distant view of the lake. The home has vintage character and has been nicely updated. Fresh flowers and delicious chocolate chip cookies welcomed us. Responses to our texts/ call were prompt. Highly recommend this home.
