Salty Air Retreat A Comfy WATERFRONT Home

Your beach retreat is directly off of the bay, and across the street from the ocean waves. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops right from your home. A 5 minute drive takes you into Navarre, and a 20 minute scenic drive down the island brings you to Pensacola Beach.

This island townhouse has been designed and equipped to provide you with the perfect beach vacation; whether you are coming to relax and unwind, to seek adventure, or to do both! There are three stories, comfortable and roomy, with 3 large balconies and deck. There is private parking for 2 cars under the house and the community pool is just to the right.

Both comfy bedrooms and the large bath are on the top (third) floor, as well as the laundry. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet, and private deck providing breathtaking views of both the bay and gulf. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, large closet and 55" smart TV. The second floor has a large living room with stunning views of the bay, dining room, fully equipped and stocked kitchen with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances, and also a second full bath. This is where the queen murphy bed and twin sleeper are found. There is also a 55" smart TV and Bose bluetooth speaker. There are 2 decks on this level. One large deck off the living room that is perfect for lounging and visiting while watching for dolphins and seabirds. The other smaller one is off of the kitchen and has been designed to be a child's play area with playhouse and dining set.

The bottom floor has the large deck which is the ultimate gathering area. There is a large gas grill and brand new dining set, plus hammocks. Here you will also find locked storage that has all the beach essentials (beach chairs, sand toys, life vests for your littles, and a cart to transport). We also have a SUP board available for guest use as well as two beach cruisers.

Many come here year after year because of our amazing location! Sandcastle Townhomes is easily accessible and is the first complex on the right after crossing the bridge. Therefore the public beach, the pier, restaurants, wildlife, and nightlife are easily walkable. There's no need for a car once you've arrived. Walk across the street to watch parades and the blue angels as they do their final fly by. From your back deck enjoy live concerts from Juana's newly constructed outdoor stage.

Lit fishing pier with open dock slips for your boat (largest private pier on island!) on site. Access code to pier is given at check in.
Juana's Pagoda, which has all sorts of beach rentals, food, and live music is just a few minutes walk down our beach.
Just a short drive away from Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin, where you can find more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife!
