This enormous house has a backyard like none other. With a heated pool, sun loungers, swings and many chill spots. Plus, there’s an amazing outdoor dining table with a grill. the perfect combination of fun and relaxation,

Although outside is where the fun starts, the inside of the Villa is just as nice.

That is because of the super modern decorations in every corner. Plus, there’s high speed internet, perfect for work or leisure.

The living room has a comfy couch, a huge Smart TV and a pool table. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.

We have you covered, simply enjoy your vacation. We know you will love this place.

The Space:
BEDROOMS:

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.
3. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.

*Sofa and two extra folding beds.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Biscayne Park. This well located neighborhood is right next to the beautiful North Miami area. You will find all the main attractions just minutes away from the Villa!

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.

SUV RENTAL

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

Amazing place, exactly what we needed!

The place is amazing, great sized rooms, very clean, and the outside space is incredible. The perfect place for a group of friends to spend a fun relaxing weekend away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future.

Amazing!

My family and I stayed at this house and it was absolutely amazing! The house was VERY clean and beautiful. The backyard is immaculate and the pool is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here for a nice getaway. The owner was great and communication was on point. 5 stars all around!

The property is beautiful, the pool was absolutely stunning, house has a spacious floorplan.

Absolutely wonderful communication from the management and home is gorgeous. Location is prime and the Pool is beautiful. The layout is lovely and spacious. Backyard is done so well we spent most of our time outback. I will highly consider staying here everytime i step into Miami. Thank you!!
