Your perfect golf and beach vacation is here at Edgewater Resort. The best of Panama City Beach is right here in this gorgeous 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath condominium that looks right over the golf course. The owners just completed a entire remodel, and this unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower combination. The open living room has a queen sofa sleeper. Ample room for entertaining and comfortably sleeps 8. This unit even includes its own brand new Washer and Dryer, and is perfect for your family's needs.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

The Club fitness center fee is $10 a day or $40 a week.

Parking is located directly in front of our Villa. The Resort charges a one-time fee for parking passes. $50 for first vehicle, $30 for second vehicle. A registration link will be sent to all guests prior to arrival.
