Hi Sara, So glad to hear you enjoyed the house and the area. We do have strict rules for unauthorised guests on property, which is for the safety and sanctity of the property and in accordance with city regulations. However, we’re accommodating of extended family and close friends in the area dropping in for short visits. We just request that we be notified. I hope you can empathise with that keeping in consideration the home owners perspective. The house is in a quiet upscale neighborhood and not suitable for parties and we want to be good neighbors.

Hi Olga, Your poor review seems unjustified, since the cleaners carefully cleaned and prepared the house as usual before you arrived. Furthermore, if you did find anything unsatisfactory upon arrival, you should have contacted me at that time, I always ask the guests if they need anything and if they’re comfortable when they check in. If you had mentioned anything at that time, I could have asked the cleaners to come back and help with any issues. However, three days after you checked out, you reported that cleaning issues, there’s no way for me to verify if you took pictures when you were checking out and in fact the trash you took pictures of was yours. It’s literally your word against the cleaners. I would like to trust my cleaners because of the 5 star reviews we consistently get from our guests and the number of guests that keep coming back. I hope you would consider that we’re a small business and do depend upon reviews, so, be considerate before posting false negative reviews just to get some money back. That is hurtful.
