Each townhome in the fourplex sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.
Townhome 12 is slightly different from the other 3 bedroom townhomes in Building C and D. There is no queen murphy bed on the main floor and the third bedroom upstairs has 3 twin bunks (6 Twins Total) instead of 2 queens.

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day and year-round indoor recreation center which includes pool and spa, three pickleball courts, ping pong, playground, conference room, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
