You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! The neighborhood is full of mature trees and near lovely parks. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. Sleeps 18 (with 2 people per bed) -5 private bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping 12, and extra sleeping space with a futon, pullout sofa bed, and bunk beds sleeping 18! Central Denver location, 4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Broncos game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! Sometimes we can make changes and accommodate special requests. This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. So please treat it as you would your own home.We love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.

A very welcoming home!!!

My first impression as I entered the home was one of absolute delight! As I continued through the home that feeling became stronger and stronger! I love the kitchen area and the open feeling, the bedrooms, the multitude of bathrooms, the patio and all the wonderful pictures of family at every turn. the home was perfect for myself and my family! Fabulous location and wonderful host

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Nice joint wedding party house!

Very enjoyable and spacious to house 15 people comfortably with no issues. Were able to come and go as we please and reach everything we needed too without having to drive for awhile. Very impressed and enjoyable stay!

Family Thanksgiving

What a great location & perfect house for our family gathering. Grocery stores were super close, easy access to Downtown & a beautiful neighborhood. Comfy space to watch the marathon football games & the kitchen was perfect for several people to make food. My Mom loved parking herself next to the fireplace in the sitting room off the kitchen. The is lovely & we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolute Gem

Possibly the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The house was a home. Not a sterilized condo but an actual home...among other things, family pictures on the walls, kitchen supplies available to us, even a notebook outlining how to best use the house and enjoy our stay.

Perfect cute home!

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was awesome! Everyone was out walking their dogs or with their kids. Very active neighborhood which was nice to see. The home was comfortable and cute. So many rooms that could sleep many comfortably. We were able to check in a little early and got the run down of everything this property offered from controlling the thermostats to sports equipment for Basketball or pickleball. I would recommend this home and will keep it in mind for our next trip to Denver.

Great space for large family/friends

Maria and her family are the sweetest hosts! Their home was beautiful and spacious, and so cozy! We had visited to tour Denver and go hiking with a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and their home had everything we needed to get settled in Denver. Maria's communication was excellent, I never had trouble reaching out to her even though she was on vacation! Absolutely would come back and stay with her again. Thank you Maria!

huge house and great location

maria was great and very accommodating to our check in and check out requests. home is in great area and convenient to everything. once you get comfortable being in someone’s actual house, this place is great. it was a little unnerving at first with their food in the fridge and their clothes in the drawers and closets. we did a little research and found that denver has an actual law that requires short term rentals to be primary homes…which explained a lot!

Red Rocks Memorial

We were impressed with the property. From my first contact with the host clear through our stay, Maria was so helpful and thoughtful. The property fit our needs perfectly. We were in town to honor/memorialize our son that passed away in January. We were a large group and the house was perfect for us to be able to gather together and have our alone time. We had everything we needed for serving meals. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. You can tell they love family and love sharing their home with other families.

A true home

We had a wonderful stay! As advertised, this is a lovely family’s home during the week and they are so kind to share it! It feels like a good friend who lets you use their house while they’re away. And communicating with Maria was like communicating with a friend I’d never met. We were originally a larger group but ended up being my family with two children under 5 and grandparents. We used the “girls wing” (what had been the now grown daughters’ rooms), which was perfect for keeping kids close by. My parents used the well apportioned master. The kitchen is lovely, island, table, open to living area and cabinets stocked with what you need. We were there for unseasonably warm fall weather and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. Location was very accessible by car to everything we used. We visited the zoo, bbotbaical gardenn. My my also ventured to Traders just es on foot and had no issues.

1st time in Colorado

After getting over the initial shock that this was their primary home, we had an awesome stay. This takes a level of trust, to allow strangers to stay in your home while you’re away, that none of believed we would have. That being said, the house is huge! Very comfortable, very clean and the new kitchen is beautiful. The patio was our favorite place to hang out. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Walking distance to many great eats. We went to Colorado to see 2 concerts that were in Boulder. Our only issue is the distance to Boulder each day. Maria even left balloons and birthday beer and coffee for my son who turned 25 while we were there. Great hosts, response to questions was always quick. I definitely would rent again!

VRBO owner that likes to travel, and wants to share our home state with others. Enjoy Colorful Colorado! About us: We are a family of 6 (4 kids) that now has 2 College Graduates and 2 in College. This is a lived in house. Not a second home. My husband and I both work full time. We decided to VRBO because we are often skiing, camping, and biking on the weekends while enjoying the great outdoors of CO! And visiting our young adult kids living/going to College on the West Coast.
(--and we take a couple of summer and winter trips here and there, and wanted to share our CO home while we are out and about!) Please treat this home the same way you would treat your own home.

This is a spacious home. Comfortable and family friendly. Walking distance to parks, Cherry Creek shopping, near the Cherry Creek bike/walking path to downtown Denver. Enjoy the cool things about Denver from a central location. Can easily take excursions to the Mountains, see a concert at Red Rocks, enjoy all of the festivals in Downtown Denver, but then come home to a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Welcome note: Make yourself at home! We are happy to have you! Kitchen: Feel free to use anything and everything! Cupboards have spices, tea, baking ingredients… If you see it, you can use it. Condiments in the fridge. Water bottles in the pantry if you’d like to borrow for your hike or walk… Everything can go in the dishwasher including the knives :)
Sun room next to the kitchen: in the drawers under the plants, there are numerous art supplies. Kids, make art, and use anything you’d like!
Outdoor patio: gas grill—feel free to use. There are patio chair cushions in the garage.
Living rooms/downstairs TV room: check in the game closet for games, do a puzzle, log in to Apple TV or your favorite TV station. (We do not have direct TV or cable. You’ll have to use your own logins. We rarely watch--too much to do inside and outside!)
Downstairs toy bins next to the queen size bed: Kids: feel free to play with all of the toys, and at the end of your stay, if you’d like to take a toy from the bin home as a souvenir, feel free!
5 comfortable, private queen beds (5 bedrooms upstairs), 1 semi-private queen bed in the basement. + bonus sleeping space for larger groups: including a futon in the basement, pull-out couch on the main floor, and bunk beds in the basement to accommodate, making sleeping space up to 18!
And a very adorable, clean cat lives here, Nala. (FYI) (but won't be present during your stay.)
Washer and dryer: available. Detergent next to the dryer.
