Welcome to our modern, all-season retreat nestled in the heart of Vermont!
The Mendon House is strategically located just a 10-minute drive from the K1 Lodge at Killington Resort and 2 minutes from Pico Mountain Resort. It's also steps away from the Appalachian Trail, making it your perfect base for year-round activities. You can enjoy shopping and dining or experience Killington and Rutland's vibrant nightlife.
Our home features an expansive wrap-around deck with a BBQ grill, perfect for those summer cookouts. You can also relax in the private outdoor hot tub after a long day of fun activities.
The open floor plan, modern kitchen with granite counter, dining area with plenty of seating around the table, spacious living room with a cozy propane fireplace, large screen TV, soaring cathedral ceilings, and large slider doors to the deck are perfect for evenings star gazing. We have also included some little luxuries to make your stay more comfortable. For instance, heated bathroom flooring will keep you warm during chilly mornings. The home also has a dedicated loft office space, ensuring you stay connected even when not on the slopes.
Please note that pets are NOT permitted in this home.
