Modern Home- Ski In & Out- Jacuzzi- Walk to Main Street
This Old Town Park City home is just 3 houses away from the slopes on a bright, sunny corner lot. It was purchased in December of 2018 and completely redone from top to bottom over 2 1/2 years, completed in the fall of 2021. The architect/ build team are based in San Francisco and specialize in high-end, modern finishes with many custom design features. The house is an award winning “Landmark Historic” Park City home, maintaining its historic charm and design guidelines for the exterior appearance with a very modern interior. Within those same rules, you are allowed to go as modern as you want on the interior and the team spec’d a lot of modern design features including custom glass, steel, Imported tile, custom-built furniture, mid-century modern furniture, Vola and Aquabrass bathroom fixtures. Appliances include Sub-Zero Fridge, Miele Dishwasher, Wolf Oven, Wolf Induction Cooktop, Wolf Warming Drawer, LG Washer/Dryer, Samsung TVs, and Sonos Audio System throughout.
The location is unbeatable, on the corner of 8th and Norfolk, just 3 houses in from the Town lift/ Norfolk access/ Quittin' Time run. Go out of the ski-prep room, take 25-30 steps, click in and ski down to the Town lift. The closest restaurants are High West Distillery (3 min walk per Google maps), Harvest (3 mins), and Prime Steak House (4 mins). You can walk to ALL Main Street restaurants, stores, and galleries.
Apres ski is so convenient and inviting with a large, heated patio with lounge areas, gas bbq, watching the skiers and chairlift go by from chairs sitting around the steel fire pit listening to music from outdoor Sonos speakers. Off the living room, there is a small deck with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the Park City town view and watch the action go by on the slopes and Norfolk.

House Layout:
The house is on 3 levels w/ a large heated patio and entry doors on the first and second levels.
Lower Level: Enter through gate on Norfolk St from skiing on this level. Take off boots and gear in the ski/boot prep room. Dry your boots with dryer system. Store your ski gear in custom cubbies. The 1st master suite is on this level w/ en suite bathroom, King bed, large walk through changing area, dual vanities in bathroom, rain shower and steam w/ Vola fixtures. A guest room (bedroom #3) on this floor has a king bed and en-suite bathroom w/ large walk in shower. There is a separate laundry room with full size front loading LG washer and dryer.
Main Level: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Table, Game/TV Room and "Sleeping Porch” w/ 2 built-in twin beds (bedroom #4). The kitchen features a 15' long island w/ granite top, 4 bar chairs, and a TV built in to the island. Your guests can sit on the long custom couch, watch TV and keep the chef company. The kitchen is a fully equipped chef's kitchen including a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer, InstantPot, Cuisinart, Crock Pot, and other chef accessories. The separate TV/Game room has a Sarinen table w/ Bertoia chairs, sofa, with a large TV and vintage mid-century modern lounge chair. The game nook features a bar w/ 2 "fridge drawers" for cold drinks. The Sleeping Porch (bedroom #4) and has 2 twin beds, black out shades, and a sliding pocket door for privacy. The bathroom on this floor is in the game room and features a full walk in shower w/ black custom tile.
Top Level is 100% the 2nd Master Suite (bedroom #2) that features a king bed, reading nook, and en-suite bathroom and shower.
Parking is on a heated off-street private, dedicated driveway spot right by the kitchen/ dining door for easy unloading of gear and groceries. There is also room for 2 cars in front of the house on Norfolk. With this location, a car really isn't needed as you can walk to ski and all of Main Street.
In the summer, you walk right out the door onto the mountain for hiking up Sweeney's Switchback and other popular trails. Mountain bikers can ride from the house in 5 minutes to the base of Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR).
The house has radiant heat throughout in the winter and A/C in the summer. The corner lot gives you abundant sunshine and light with a large flat private patio in the front. Your friends and family will be so happy with this beautiful high-end home. Only 2 houses stand between you and the ski slopes, and you can see the Town Lift going by out the windows.

We have been renting our Park City homes since 2013 and this house is our 3rd home we've owned in Park City. This location and quality is among the nicest in Old Town w/ unmatched access to skiing and Main Street. We have 3 children and our based in California and enjoy hitting the Park City mountain on our skis/ boards in winter and our mountain bikes in the summer!

Very few Old Town homes have a true front patio area. We set it up to make it inviting for your friends to come by after skiing and have a drink while sitting around the fire pit. It's so close your friends will ski there, have a drink and then ski back down to the base of Town Lift.
