Sand Dollar Hideaway-Luxury Condo, Prime Location!

Welcome to Sand Dollar Hideaway! This gorgeous condo, just steps from the sand and ocean, has been fully renovated and is convenient to all that Pismo Beach has to offer! It is less than one block away from the beach and you can conveniently walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier. You'll be right in the heart of Pismo Beach, but you'll also have an enjoyable, relaxing, peaceful getaway in this beautiful, updated 3-bedroom condo.

The condo is 3 levels. There is a private, 2-car attached garage. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the garage.

We strive to take good care of our condo for future guests, and are respectful of our Pismo Beach community. As such, we adhere to the following rental rules:
- Booking guest must be age 25 or older
**MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS IS 4. For consideration of more adult guests, send an inquiry to host instead of a booking request**
- Number of guests staying at the condo must match number of guests noted in the reservation (including infants and children)
- Max guest party of 6 includes infants and children
- No parties and no loud music and/or noise, no pets, and no smoking or vaping
- Within 24 hours of booking, forward a copy of driver's license for check-in purposes and confirm $300 refundable deposit
- Upon check out, please remove all food and beverages and take out trash to nearby trash bin

From the garage, you go up one flight of stairs to the main floor. There you will find the main living area, a large flatscreen TV which is great for watching movies, a gas fireplace, a beautiful kitchen with all brand new appliances, a dining area, a workspace, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a barbecue and bistro table. You can hear the waves crash from the balcony in the evening, and it's a lovely place to enjoy while the sun is setting, or in the morning while having breakfast. If you have to work while at the condo, no problem! High speed internet is available.

On the third floor, you will find three generously-sized bedrooms, all with flatscreen TVs, and another bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #1 has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean at the window seat area. All bedrooms have been fully renovated as well. Open the windows in the evening and the cool ocean breeze will come through, and you'll hear the sound of the ocean.

The condo is ideal for a family getaway, or a small getaway with good friends. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with items for your stay, including, for example, shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper, etc. Upon reserving, you will be provided with a list of items at the condo.

The condo is just steps away from all of the beautiful sites, fun activities, and delicious restaurants that Downtown Pismo has to offer. And, within only minutes, you can drive to, explore, and enjoy many other activities and shops, such as: hiking at the Pismo Preserve, wine tasting in Edna Valley, ATV riding at the dunes, watching the sunset in Avila Beach, or shopping at the Pismo Beach Premium Outlets.
