Best of all, you’ll be approximately five minutes from Silver Dollar City, six minutes from Indian Point Marina and a short drive from Branson’s shows, restaurants and attractions.

Unlike many large Branson rentals, Deer Pass Lodge is not situated in a crowded cabin development. Here, your group can enjoy a peaceful, private setting, ample parking and room to gather without looking directly onto a neighboring rental.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, holiday gatherings and extended stays. You’ll find plenty of cookware, dishes and serving essentials, along with an additional full-size refrigerator and freezer in the garage.

The home also offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, so adults can visit upstairs while children and teenagers enjoy the game room downstairs.

THE GAME ROOM

The lower-level recreation room offers more than 1,400 square feet of space for games, movies and rainy-day fun.

Challenge your family to a pool, ping-pong or foosball tournament, watch the big game, play board games or give the kids their own place to hang out. The game room also includes an additional dining or game table and a nearby half bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING AND LAKE VIEWS

Table Rock Lake and the surrounding Ozark hills provide the backdrop for your stay.

Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch, grill dinner on the main deck, watch the sunset over the water or gather around the outdoor firepit in the evening. Several bedrooms also offer lake views, allowing guests to wake up to the scenery each morning.

BOAT SLIP

Your stay includes access to a 28-foot boat slip with a V-hull lift. The slip is located approximately six minutes from the house by car.

Please let us know before arrival if you plan to use the slip so we can provide access instructions and confirm that your boat is compatible with the lift.

Boat rentals and additional slips may also be available through Indian Point Marina and Rock Lane Marina. Advance reservations are strongly recommended during the summer season.

ACCESS AND PARKING

The home has a large circular driveway, private parking and a two-car garage. Guests who prefer to avoid stairs can enter through the garage at the main level.

All toilets are comfort/ADA height. Please contact us before booking if someone in your group has specific accessibility needs so we can help determine whether the home is a good fit.
