Luxury Three Story Cabin on the River

This country style pine wood log cabin home features four bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath on 1.80 acres with an adjoining 1.26 acre lot containing a shop with electric service perfect for a motorhome (this is ideal for travelers who need a place to put their motorhome/RV while traveling or have additional guests - At an additional cost you can rent this spot for your other guests which would allow up to 4 more people from the maximum number of house guests if utilizing this option) with access to 11.20 of common area acreage lining the Bogue Chitto River with access to a cemented boat ramp. This home also comes fully furnished, with an outdoor wrap around patio with a barbecue Pit for relaxing outside after a day by the river.

Entering the home, the vaulted ceilings draw your eyes upward towards the stairs with views of the scenery from all levels. The first floor, and main living space features an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room warmed by a propane fireplace and has large open windows being the perfect spot with views to escape the fast paced life. Within the kitchen space there are custom stainless steel cabinets and countertops, full size appliances, oversized large cypress bar top with room for six high top chairs, and scored concrete flooring.

There is also a balcony (on the inside) of each level for relaxing and taking in the “must see” views. Its our favorite part! Specially designed hand carved benches throughout the home .

On the third floor, you will notice how large this open space is for hanging out. The Master bedroom which is located on the second floor, there is custom built in dresser drawers and three medium size closets that span across the room. The room also opens up to the master bathroom where there is a large shower with pebble stoned flooring and two shower heads. Never miss a hot shower with a continuous hot water heater. There is no carpet in any parts the home, only concrete and vinyl wood style flooring to help with easy cleanup. There is also a washer/dryer combo located on the second floor for taking care of your laundry.

Outside there is a wrap around deck that goes about 3/4 of the way around the entire house so that you can easily access most areas around the home.

We invite you to rent our Luxury Style Cabin for a short term period (a minimum of three nights or up to 28 days set as a monthly rate). If you need it for a month there will be additional cleaning fees which can be discussed prior to staying.
