Weltklasse-Ski gibt es zuhauf. Es ist nur eine halbe Meile zu Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge und eine kurze, freie Fahrt mit dem Bus nach Park City Resort. Reisen 5 mehr Meilen und Ihre bei The Canyons. Es ist nur eine Meile von der Innenstadt Park City mit tollen Restaurants, Geschäfte und Galerien. Wenn der Schnee geräumt, es ist ein sehr angenehmer Spaziergang in die Stadt.

Perfect location near Deer Valley and Main St.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient being less than 5 minutes from Snowbase lodge and 5 minutes from Main St. This made it very easy to be on the mountain super early for first runs and we were able to relax at the house after before heading to dinner on Main St. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent ski retreat

We absolutely loved staying in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect place for our family to relax after skiing at Deer Valley all day. There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was lovely and the communications with owner were outstanding.

Fabulous House & Great Location to Deer Valley & Park City

The house and property were terrific! The house is spacious and well maintained...very clean and LOTS of extras in the kitchen and elsewhere...having a humidifier in all the bedrooms was SO helpful since the winter air is so dry. Parking access with parking passes and a garage spot was extra helpful. The big beautiful fireplaces were enjoyable and the hot tub was extra special after a day of skiing. The owner/manager was responsive and available for any question. We would definitely stay there again.

Laura was a great host. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our three 20+ year old boys and us. The location was convenient to the slopes and to town. Having a fireplace in the dining area was a big plus. Will definitely look to rent again!

Park City Hideout

First trip to Park City! This condo is well appointed, roomy, and stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee, champagne, ginger beer, spices, Kleenex, moisture lotion, shampoo and conditioner, piles of covers and towels and even two box fans to create white noise and auditory privacy. Traveled with 4 young adults and this condo provided ample space and privacy. While the hot tub was great, time for a new one:). Great location and easy walk to Main Street.

Thanks Christine! I wish I could take credit for the champagne and ginger beer. The previous guests left those behind for you. However, the rest of the supply list are items we always provide. Sorry to hear about the hot tub. It's only 5 years old. I'll ask the hot tub maintenance team to check the motor. If small or long, skinny items are left to float in the water, they get sucked out of the hot tub and into the motor which definitely makes it difficult for the hot tub to function properly.

Great place in Deer Valley!

Lovely condo with all the amenities, including a hot tub! Host provided all necessary information, as well as some additional tips. We had a couple questions prior to arrival, and she was very helpful and responsive. Eight of us stayed for a week, and it was really nice to have basics like coffee filters, foil, plastic wrap, and spices furnished so we did not have to buy those for a short stay. Open floor plan with all amenities

Location is super convenient to both downtown Park City and Deer Valley ski resort. Each is only a few bus stops away which is what we use bc it’s free and easy. Gas fireplaces are romantic. Hot tub is nestled privately on the back porch. Plenty of space with a huge kitchen and master bath that is completely updated. Communication with the owner, Laura, is first rate. We will definitely return to this gem.

Place is great and convenient with just a couple of issues

The place is great. The location is great. Well furnished. A couple of issues: 1. We had trouble finding it. The address is not on Google Maps or Wayz. We spent about 45 minutes in the evening of arrival looking for it. My suggestion to future travelers is follow the owner's directions rather than any GPS maps. 2. The beds are too soft. 3. Dishwasher works but it has seen better days. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

I'm very happy Sergei enjoyed the house and had an enjoyable vacation. I always appreciate input to help make the experience even better for the next renters: - As a result of the difficult Sergei had in finding the house, I've added a note to my informational e-mail encouraging guests to use my detailed directions and avoid GPS/on-line maps. - The mattresses are new. They are rated as "firm" but are manufactured with a pillow-top affixed to the mattress. Perhaps that is what made them feel too soft. Personally, I like the extra padding but it's not for everyone. - I'm planning to replace the dishwasher this spring.

Fantastic Stay

I grew up in Park City, so I am familiar with different neighborhoods and have stayed in lots of places since having a family and coming back to ski. Laura's place was truly wonderful, such easy access and perfect for my family. She provides lots of really thoughtful touches like extra humidifiers for your rooms, plenty of laundry supplies, coffee filters, etc. She also checks in a ton to make sure everything is okay, so if you have an issue it would be easy to resolve it quickly. Skiing was a breeze, we left our skis at Deer Valley's complimentary ski storage overnight and would then just hop on the bus in the morning and afternoon without needing to move our car. Was also easy to grab the bus to go down to Main Street, you really wouldn't even need a car at this property to be able to do plenty of things. Highly recommend!

Perfectly clean, comfortable and charming.

From my very first correspondence with this owner I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was thoughtful informative, responsive and always available. I had the opportunity to see other properties in this development and was shocked how much nicer this unit was in comparison. Lets begin with air conditioning! Summer can get real hot, it was nice to come home to a comfortably cool house after a long hike up deer valley mountain (which is a short walk or bike ride away). The unit was newly renovated, plenty of space and immaculately clean. It had every comfort of home including xfinity cable with on demand. The master bath was an unexpected treat. Large shower with over five shower heads including a rain shower head. Amazing! The development is located on a lake with a path, which made for a beautiful morning or early evening walk. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to my family and friends.

I sell Real Estate in the Washington DC Metro Area. Since business is good, it has been difficult for to get to the house often. Consequently, I decided to rent the house to vacationers. It is my goal to translate my years of customer service in the Real Estate industry to the management of my vacation rental. I want to provide a great vacation setting with great owner service so you can create memories to last a lifetime and want to come back to create even more memories during vacations to come.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Park City was a given - it's absolutely beautiful, there's a lot to do and the airport is close. You can fly and ski the same day. Since the home is just about half way between Park City and Deer Valley, it's a perfect spot for walking anywhere you'd like to go. We rented a home in a similar location and were convinced this was the right spot. We looked at lots of other townhomes and condos, but in the end, kept coming back to this house. It's large and sunny. Since it has a loft that can serve as a 2nd living room or a 4th bedroom, it's multi-functional. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The house needed lots of cosmetic work but it had 'great bones'. Ceilings are tall in the living room, loft and bedrooms. The stone for the fireplace extends to the loft and makes a beautiful stone wall. All we had to do was update the systems and finishes. We updated baths and added a completely new kitchen plus new windows, two-zone heating and lots of other details.

You can't beat the location. When the sidewalks are plowed, its an easy walk to Park City's Main Street. There is a parking garage and reserved parking space but between the bus stop and the close walk to town, you really don't need a car. The St. Regis Hotel is within walking distance w/ a free funicular which takes you up the mountain for great views (plus amazing food and drink).
