She can say im lying but i have photos and video. When i arrived at my scheduled check in time 2:30pm the property owner had not sent code to door although requested via email the same week. When i arrived she was in there sleep and had forgotten about our stay and thought it was next day. Went on to say she asks for 1hr notices before arriving but i arrived at my check in time and house was not ready. She credit back $90 for her to gather some things and be out in hour. Well hour turned into 4hrs of us not having property to ourselves and of course could not access main bedroom. The amount of dust built up in home can tell has not been properly cleaned in a long time. Master bedroom door doesnt lock and barely closes. Table cloth she left on table was tour up. My wife had to take meeting on deck because she did not have ready. She had to wash linen while we were there and they smelled of mildew and after seeing the washer i see why. She refuses to give any more money back for her failure to do what was required so now i have to send people to serve legal documents. I even informed her how her post had elevator under the shower as its name. My daughter was there for competition and could not get a good rest after flight because she was there until after 6pm. Leaving on same sheets on bed she just woke up from so glad we brung our own and went and purchased other linen. Horrible way of doing business with someone that has your information for legal law suits. Nonononono
