We are located in the heart of Downtown, Cortez which makes us more appealing and convenient to get around than other listings.

Great for Mesa Verde National Park, sight seeing what Cortez has to offer, or even extended business trips.

Get to know our place

This property is a spacious and comfortable 900 sq ft house that you’ll have all to yourselves.

The walls are freshly painted for a bright and lighter feel. The carpets have recently been professionally shampooed.

The Living Room:

We have a 55'' Roku TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows on platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney. We also have high speed internet for your data and office needs.

The Kitchen:

In the kitchen we have a full size refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, and a microwave for your meal prepping convenience. There are 2 pans and some spatulas available if you please to do some light cooking. We have olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, gloves, and sponges. There are plenty of plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons, and butter knives made for four.

The Bathroom:

We have installed a brand new sink vanity and a brand new toilet seat. We have hair shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, hand soap, towels, and toilet paper available. There are also laundry machines available for use.

The Bedrooms:

There are 2 good size carpeted bedrooms available in this house. They both have 2 large windows each for plenty of air flow and natural light. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen size air mattress. Both bedrooms has plenty of space in the closets for your luggage and belongings.

The Yard:

The yard is over 5,000 square feet.

At night, the place gets really dark. We have solar lights put in along the walkway to watch your steps. You can also turn on the porch lights for additional brightness.

Sometimes, in the early mornings or late evenings you can spot some local deers 🦌🦌 on the property eating grass. They are so fun to watch! You may enter through our key-less locked door with a secret code available to you after booking and on day of check-in.

Parking:
We have a large car port in the back of the house where guests are welcome to park their vehicle. There are also plenty of free parking on the streets in front of the house as well. We are available to you by person, phone, or text if you ever need any thing. We'd be happy to help with any questions or concerns.

We love to give our guests their space and privacy, but please feel welcome to reach out for any assistance.

We are offering our place ideally for travelers who want to come check out our beautiful hometown and/or neighboring towns. Cortez, Colorado is such a beautiful and humble place to visit. Everyone is very friendly.

This place is also ideal if you need an extended place to stay due to traveling business you may have in town. We get a variety of guests who enjoy it here, such as traveling nurses, contractors, sales executives, videographers, engineers, field technicians, etc.
