Mountain house overlooking the forrest only 5 minutes away from Tamarindo Beach. This 3 Bedroom house accommodates 6 guests very comfortably. The house has a magnificent pool nestled in the forrest where you can hear, see and enjoy nature!! The house has all amenities to enjoy, a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, outdoors dining, WIFi and AC throughout the house. Located in a very quiet and safe private community very close to Tamarindo's lifestyle and beautiful beaches to enjoy.
The house is located in the mountain only 5 minutes from Tamarindo. Rental car or a personal car is recommended as you need to drive up the hill to get to the house. Road is all paved and in great shape.
Rancho Villa Real is a gated community with great neighbours. It is a very quiet area with lots of nature surrounding it. The house is nestled in the forest. You can enjoy nice walks throughout the community and also enjoy the club house.

We recently stayed here second week of December. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The gated community and security is 5 stars. The security guys at the door and on patrol were all very nice and helpful. We definitely felt safe at this property. The property itself is gorgeous and very spacious. We enjoyed the pool as well as the grill to bbq some meat from the local carnicería. Some animals did come out to say hi during our stay, except for the monkeys which we were bummed about. The A/C and fans worked in every room so no problem keeping cool since it was very humid and hot during our trip. We would definitely like to return to this property someday. Perfect location.

Host communications were great and I was given information on what to see as well as general information about the area. Fortunately a concierge contact was provided as we were provided with an incorrect code for entry. But once contacted we were into the house in no time.This experience failed to live up to our expectations as when we arrived the pool and terrace areas were full of dead leaves. It didn’t look like the beautiful landscape we anticipated. Only 2 lounge chairs available but no cushions. We had trouble with the coffee maker which had to be replaced. The concierge was very good at responding to our requests.The house is spacious and can accommodate a number of people. Nice kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. very secluded and private neighbourhood with minimal traffic sounds. Maintenance man, Jose, came early to clean pool and attend to any concerns. Pool was truly beautiful once cleaned. Very responsive concierge.

Amazing property! Everything was pretty much as described. If I’m being honest it was pretty clean with a few minor details that needed a bit more attention. But overall it was spacious & safe (gated community, security comes around at night). Just a 10 minute drive into the main area of Tamarindo which has plenty of great restaurants. There was papaya, watermelon, and pineapple in the kitchen on day one. Detergent for the washing machine. Smart TV & WiFi. Working AC. Coffee for the drip coffeemaker. The pool was the highlight and someone came to clean it early in the morning. There were hummingbirds, iguanas, and howler monkeys in the trees. Would definitely stay again.

Casa Suenos was our favourite accommodation of our 2 week trip. The house is gorgeous and spacious. It is well situated for travel into Tamarindo and a plentiful amount of beaches nearby. We saw howler monkeys in the trees in the backyard as well as igunas and butterflies. The pool was pristine and clean and we made good use of it during our stay. Shout out to Joustine who booked horse back riding, massages, estuary tour and in-home chef for us - it was nice to have conceirge services with the house so you can pre-plan your days and make the most of your time there. We would love to stay again in this magical place. Pura Vida!

We loved our time in Costa Rica and especially loved the accommodations! The house was in an ideal location - private yet a very short distance to town and minutes away from Tamarindo. The home itself is wonderful! We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas - watching the butterflies and hummingbirds and hearing the calls of the howler monkeys. Modern home, very private, surrounded by forest. About 15-20m drive to Tamarindo beach. Traffic backups were common. Service for the unit and front gate was excellent. I had an AC not working and a gentleman came out within 15 minutes. The pool is beautiful and very inviting after long hot days. Grocery shopping very close, but bring your own bags!! Loved the tropical fruits welcoming us to the home! We would come back here, it was so wonderful. The master sink upstairs close to the shower has a slow drain.

Comfortable villa

We loved our stay at the villa. After little over 2 weeks of activities and lots of travelling in Costa Rica, the villa offered us all we needed! Comfortabel beds, a fantastic pool and space for everyone to do their own thing. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Heavenly Tamarindo Retreat

My family of 5 was exploring the many regions of Costa Rica and was lucky to find this beautiful home in Tamarindo. The location was ideal since we had a car - very private but accessible and a short drive to stores and the beach while also having all the amenities we could ask for....a private pool, space to spread out with ample comfortable beds and baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Communication was easy as was check-in and out. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home if you happen to be in the area!

Amazing place

It was such a great property. Everything was well maintained. The pool and wild life were so fun. Great beds! It was a little dirty when we first arrived but the property manager had the cleaners come back immediately to fix the problem. (Wasn’t terrible, just seemed like they missed sweeping the floors and it was not at our complaint but by the property managers own choice.)Not right in Tamarindo but with a car only minutes away and super close to grocery stores.

Beautiful Stay in the Hills

Beautiful home nestled in a neighborhood in the hills near Tamarindo. Great location with shops a short drive away. We made great use of the fantastic kitchen that was well equipped for family meals by the pool. Lovely to hear the birds and wildlife including howler monkeys! Great stay!

We loved everything about the property! The kids enjoyed the pool each day, and we made some great meals in the beautiful kitchen! It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. Jungle oasis

This house was superb! We enjoyed the pool and wildlife right in the backyard, day and night. The howler monkeys were fascinating to watch, as well as the hummingbirds. The location was great and close enough to local beaches and downtown Tamarindo. A restaurant that was close by that had great authentic cuisine was called Rural.

Tucked away home

The house and property were nice. We found it difficult to get to in the dark so I recommend trying to find it in the daylight. The security guard was helpful though. Couldn’t open the front door with the access code but the owner was very quick to provide assistance getting into the home with a new code.

Words cannot describe what a paradise this place was! It’s beautiful, quiet (away from the hustle from Tamarindo but close enough to go there) a piece of heaven in the nature, with monkeys, iguanas, birds and huge crickets! Really loved the place!

The Perfect Spot

This was the perfect spot for us. The gated neighborhood, with security 24/7, was a very short drive to downtown Tamarindo. It had everything we needed and the concierge was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We would certainly stay here again!
