Guests have their own private front door entrance, and the entire upper floor is the guest's own space. The unit is located in a bilevel home, on a quiet, safe, residential street. The host lives below, in a separate unit. Easy access to Boulder (15 min.) & central Denver (25 min.). Five min drive to grocery, restaurants, breweries, local parks & freeway access.
The guest unit is the upper floor, and entirely private. Guests have their own private front door entrance that leads to the upper floor, via a short staircase. The floor between the upper and lower units has been made as soundproof as possible by a contractor.
The guest space includes a private back deck with furniture and BBQ The deck is at the same height as the upper floor, and looks down onto the ground level backyard lawn . ***The guest DOES NOT have access to the backyard lawn.***
The homeowner/host lives downstairs, with her very quiet dog, in a completely separate space (with its own separate entrance), that is closed off from the guest space. The homeowner and her dog have access to the ground level backyard lawn.
***A dog has lived in the guest space recently. So although the space has been thoroughly cleaned, some PET HAIR might still be present in small amounts.***
There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed., and the other with a full-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a closet for hanging apparel and bins for storing items. There is a couch in “Living Room (1)”, which converts to a full sized bed.
The living areas are spacious and the kitchen comes with all necessary appliances, utensils, and various items needed to prepare meals.
There is a desk in "Living Room 2."
There is a bathroom with a shower (high pressure shower head installed but can also be made low pressure via various settings).
***The bathtub currently cannot be used as a bath, because it is a non-functional spa-type bath. This prevents it from being able to hold enough water, to use as a bath. The shower is fully functional. ***
Window A/C units are located in both bedrooms and in “Living Room (1)”. Ceiling fans are located in the queen bedroom and in the living areas. During cooler weather, there is central heating and our guests can select their desired temperature.
There is a television that gets digital cable channels (via a t.v. antenna). The T.V. has a Roku and a HDMI cord that can be used to attach your own personal digital device.
Charging stations are located in all spaces
The homeowner/host is happily available (via cellphone and/or landline phone) in case the guest has any questions or needs help with anything.
