The Nest has a primary home on premises that may be occupied during your rental. Each property (The Nest and the primary home) maintain their own separate private entrances, parking, piers, waterfront, and lake access with no shared spaces.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and present during the rental period.

No pets allowed.
