The Space:

This charming guesthouse offers a comfortable and stylish living space. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, providing a restful retreat. The second bedroom, a cozy office space, includes a twin bed. The living area is spacious and inviting, with a sectional sofa and an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. The home boasts high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Throughout the house, you'll find elegant touches like sliding barn doors and solid wood doors.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a small bedroom area, the kitchen, and the side yard. Guests can utilize the designated parking space on the right side of the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The guesthouse is located in the Great Hills neighborhood, a tranquil area close to several large parks. This area attracts a diverse population, including many professionals working for the tech companies that have established a presence in Austin. While offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, the neighborhood provides easy access to major roads like US-183 and Loop 360. You'll find convenient shopping at the Arboretum and Great Hills Market, open-air centers with well-known retailers such as Trader Joe’s and Pottery Barn. Getting Around:

Getting around is easiest with a car, as the property is located in a scenic, hilly area of Austin.
