Facing South-South West, offering magnificent views of the village, the peaks and the slopes of Courchevel in the background.
After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, take part in the events organized by the resort and take the time to experience moments of joy in the mountains in complete simplicity.
The residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool and the Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, tennis courts (5 min walk), 50 m from the free shuttle stop in winter. The resort center and shops are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your vacation:
Champagny – resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point of the gondola lift which takes skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at an altitude of 1,450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This listed natural site is home to a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding, etc.) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
