Sea La Vie Beach Home located on 30As best PUBLIC beach, Inlet Beach

Step inside our beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home featuring hardwood flooring throughout; quartz countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There is a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main level with a second king master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs. Also located upstairs is a double queen bunk room, a queen coral room, and a queen sofa sleeper that share a full bath. We just added a full size bed in the Queen bunk room to now sleep up to 14. The designer kitchen features a gas cooktop, glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan on the main level is great for entertaining complete with wine cooler. The main floor also has a 1/2 bath, dining room, & utility room with Samsung stackable washer/dryer. The upstairs living area is a perfect place to retreat and watch a movie or play games with the family. The large, covered porch in the back of the home has ample space for outdoor entertaining while grilling on the gas grill in the fenced-in private backyard. There are 7 smart televisions all with WOW cable 150+ channels. We have free unlimited high speed internet (1gbps). We furnish for use 1 children and 5-6 teen/adult bicycles/bike locks, bike helmets, 4 beach chairs, & a couple of umbrellas. If you are interested in renting our fully loaded 6-seater Polaris Gem Car with blue tooth capabilities and utility bed please contact host prior to your stay. We provide a highchair, pack-n-play/sheet, and children's dishes/utensils for families traveling with little ones. The community pool is located .3 mi. from Sea La Vie and open to guests with code from 8AM-10PM and has a private dock that overlooks Lake Powell. Grande Pointe is minutes away from 30A, Camp Helen State Park, shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Inlet Beach is located across 98 on South Orange St less than a mile from Seal La Vie and it is a beautiful beach and one of the few public beaches left with so many on 30A going to “private” beaches. There is a beach service set up daily on the beach and lifeguards on duty. Bathrooms and outside shower also available at our beautiful beach. Boardwalks will take you from parking area straight onto our beach.
Panama City Beach is about 10 minutes east of Sea La Vie. Then you can hope right onto 30A at intersection at 30 Avenue Shopping and visit all the 30A Beaches on the strip. We enjoy visiting The Hub which is in Watersound and 5.8 miles from Sea La Vie and we enjoy riding on the Gem Car. The Hub is a cool outdoor shopping and dining location with different entertainment available throughout the season.
