The villa is accessible via a climb of sixty-seven steps, which leads you to awe-inspiring views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. The pool area is surrounded by a beautifully equipped terrace, perfect for relaxation while soaking in the spectacular views.
The main house features a cozy living and dining area with a comfortable lounge, dining table, and flat-screen TV. Large windows offer stunning views of both sunrise and sunset. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs and connects seamlessly to a covered terrace with a gas barbecue and sun loungers. The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), complete with a duvet and two pillows. It includes a modern bathroom with an Italian shower for added comfort.
Accessible by a few additional steps, the separate studio offers two bedrooms, providing ample space for family or friends. One bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200) with a duvet and two pillows, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200), each with its own duvet and pillow. The studio also includes a well-appointed bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience during your stay.
An extra refrigerator and a washing machine are available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa. An 11 kW electric car charger is conveniently located at the bottom of the estate.
The villa is ideally situated about 1.5 km from the beach, approximately a 15-minute walk, and close to Gaou and Favière beaches.
Take advantage of the scenic trails for lovely walks through rich flora, explore nearby picturesque villages, or embark on excursions to the stunning Porquerolles and Port-Cros islands. The beautiful seaside resorts of Bandol, Sanary, Saint-Tropez, and Le Lavandou are within a fifty-kilometer radius, and Toulon train station is forty-four kilometers away. Toulon-Hyères Airport is just twenty-six kilometers from the villa. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the Valcros golf course, located twenty kilometers away, while pétanque lovers can enjoy three courts at the nearby beach.
Upon arrival, you can park in one of the two garages or in the parking lot.
