Relax in this beautifully decorated cottage located close to public boat launches, the beach, Carolina Boardwalk, and UNCW. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is the perfect spot for a couples retreat or a small family getaway. The location is ideal. Park your boat, grill outside, have some privacy. Walking distance to the grocery store and boat ramp. 2 bedrooms, all on one level and accessible. Note- You need to drive, ride a bike, or drive a golf cart to the beach. It is 1.5 miles to the beach.

The space
The kitchen and living area are connected and create a large open area to gather. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to cook delicious meals or bake scrumptious desserts. In the kitchen, you will find a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, basic spices, and more!

The Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. There is a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Plenty of drawer space to unpack and settle in.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of drawer space to unpack your belongings.

There is a cot for a small 5th guest and a like-new pack-n-play in the closet ready for your little one. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the shaded front porch.

There are a variety of board games and books for you to enjoy during your stay.

Wonderful!

Everything about the property and the experience was A. My teen grandson and myself were in town to do some fishing. We are already talking about another trip this fall. Hope to stay here again. The location was ideal. Short drive to the boat launch, grocery store and beach restaurants and activities.

This was the perfect place for a long stay. Kitchen had all we needed, the living room was very comfy, location was great central to the beach and easy access to Wilmington. Thank you, owner was very responsive we had a great stay.

Great place and location. We brought our boat down to fish for the week and the location of the property to the boat launch is less than a few minutes. The house is very accommodating for our entire family. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

Jubilee greeted us with such a warm welcome when we arrived after a long drive! It was cozy, clean, and was lacking nothing! Close to the beach, restaurants, and all that the area had to offer. We were thoroughly pleased, and will definitely consider staying there again if we make it back to North Carolina!

Perfect for elderly family

We chose this property because there were no stairs. We had several elderly family members stay here and they loved it. It was very clean and a great location. We had to contact the owners for one issue and they immediately replied. It was the perfect place for our family.

Great Carolina Beach Stay

We really enjoyed a quite stay in a convenient neighborhood about 5 min away from the beach. The house was cozy with rustic furniture, all amenities included, super clean and welcoming. Several beach areas nearby and even a couple of 4x4 truck only beach areas to enjoy a day at the ocean. The hosts provided suggestions to great eateries and communication was seamless. I hope to come back for another vacation in the future!

Awesome place to stay!

Everything was accurate in the listing and communication. Very charming, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We originally were going to have 5 stay, but it ended up being 3 and it was spacious. This place has everything for your stay. We loved this location the best out of our previous stays in CB based on visiting more than just the beach and boardwalk. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend!

Wonderful getaway

I am pretty hard to impress when it comes to rentals houses and this was truly one of the best houses I have stayed in by far. It smelled to nice and clean and soon as you walked in and was immaculately clean. Perfect location if you are bringing a boat with you, just steps away from the boat landing. We will be returning to this house in the future.

Classic Comfy Beach Cottage

Beautiful, nicely appointed cottage, with everything one could possibly need (even a shoe horn in the master closet). Lovely, quiet neighborhood near plenty of good restaurants. Owners checked with us to confirm everything was in order and if we needed anything and were quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely book again, if in the area. Highly recommend Michael’s Seafood Restaurant and Ida Thai Cuisine. Check out Celtic Creamery for the richest ice cream I’ve ever had. I was thrilled to learn from my cousin, it happens to be in the same building that housed my Uncle’s market in my early years, Davy Jones Locker.

What a beautiful place. Every detail in this cottage is well thought out right down to the carving knives, the linens were spectacular and the amenities were perfect.
