Relax and soak up the sun in style, our heated pool is perfect for kids to splash around and swim while parents unwind on the deck or in the California room. For adults looking to have their own fun, it can fit 8-10 adults comfortably, perfect for poolside drinks and refreshing dips or relaxing after a day of adventures. Make it into a refreshing pool during the day and enjoy hot tub temperatures in the evening. Our cowboy pool is 23.5 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter - it has a cover.

In order to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our activity and family amenities, as well as clean, service and heat the pool before every check-in and throughout each stay - we charge a $25 management fee per reservation.
The Neighborhood:
There is no place quite like North Park, San Diego. It's laid back vibe and culture are heartfelt and authentic. It's a safe and vibrant neighborhood for families, couples and groups of any age. The community is very upbeat and friendly. Most locals walk everywhere and always stop to take in the beautiful architecture, art, parks, and trees of the neighborhood.
You can't beat the location of this home. Step out the front door and you're enjoying the top restaurants, coffee shops, taco shops and bars. Some of our favorite neighbors include: Alexander's, Cori Pastificio Trattoria, Underbelly, Dunedin, One Door North, Influx, Aburi Sushi, Thorne Street Brewing, Modern Times Brewery and The Smoking Goat (a remarkable award-winning French restaurant).
You can expect to walk to the best local gems in about 2 minutes, Bird Park and playground in 5 minutes and it's just a short 10-minute or less drive to attractions such as the Morely Field Hiking Trails and Tennis Courts, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego and Coronado.
Getting Around:
The home has a private 1-car garage and 1 driveway parking spot as well as an abundant amount of free street parking. It is also located on the brand new protected bike lanes which connects all of the urban neighborhoods and makes getting around a breeze. Walking and/or biking is the best way to get around central North Park & South Park, as well as other neighborhoods like Normal Heights, University Heights, South Park, and Golden Hill. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for pick-ups and its quick 10-minute drive to the Airport making traveling simple.
Other Things to Note:
All pets must be approved by the host beforehand. Please add them on your reservation when booking and include their weight and breed in a message.
We only allow 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog of 30 pounds or less per reservation. We charge a dog fee of $350 dollars and require guests staying longer than two weeks to have a mid-stay cleaning by our team to help upkeep the cleanliness of the home when there is a dog staying there.
If a guest brings a pet without informing us, we will charge a fee of $500 or more depending on damanges to the home to cover our time and additional cleaning costs.
- Pets must have their own bed supplied by the guests.
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds inside or outside of the house.
- Guests are responsible to clean up any solid waste.
- Pets must be taken on walks to relieve themselves as we try to keep the lawn and property as nice as possible for our guests.
- We reserve the right to some or all of the security deposit if there are any damages from any pets being in or on the property.
- Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance.
- We've created gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guest to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood and our neighbors during their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a small family business and raising a baby and toddler. We pride ourselves in giving our guest 5-star personal service and are available during the business hours of 9-7 pm for guest questions. We ask guests to respect our family time and after the hours of 7 pm to reach out only for urgent matters. The best way to communicate with us is through the app. Thank you!
