Located on the ground floor, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a functional shower room;
- a dining room with balcony overlooking the courtyard (quiet) and Mont Blanc views;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Gas, Central heating, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its ideal location. It is located:
- In the heart of Chamonix.
- In a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions.
- Less than 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian street of the city center, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other shops.
You will be in the same building as our agency, so it is possible to check in at our offices or come directly to take information.
You will be in close proximity to the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the beautiful SPA QC Terme.
If you are a ski enthusiast, you will be delighted to know that the cross-country ski slopes and lifts of the Brévent-Flégère site can also be reached in less than 5 minutes.
In addition, just 3 minutes walk away, you will find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift that will lead you to the gondolas of the area of Brévent-Flégère if the snow is good!
And if you want to explore other ski areas, buses are available next to the building and will take you directly to the Grand Montets, the Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on the internal routes of the train between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the urban shuttles Chamonix Bus (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
For your daily needs, a supermarket "Super U and Drive" is less than 10 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous, such as :
- the Musée des Cristaux - Espace Tairraz, a 7-minute walk away;
- Les Planards - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, less than 15 minutes' walk away;
- the Aiguille du Midi cable car, about 15 minutes' walk away;
- the Cascade du Dard is an 18-minute drive away, and much more.

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
