This 4400 sqft home, 10-acre estate sleeps 10 and features a gourmet kitchen, pickleball, private 2-acre pond w/ covered dock, swimming pool, spa and fire pit. Relax in the screened patio, 2 family rooms, and a master bedroom fit for royalty. With an office and laundry, this retreat offers both luxury and convenience. The backyard is canopied under huge oak trees, resembling a beautiful park. Only 1-mile from shopping and restaurants.

We have a Manager (Colleen) that lives in the guesthouse next to the pool. She is there to care for our 10-acre property, to do the cleaning, to care for the pool and landscaping. Feel free to say hello if you see her in passing and let her know if there is anything you need.

Our lot is one of the largest lots in our neighborhood. Most of the homes are on 3-5 acre lots. Our home is just 1-mile from Broadway (the "epicenter" of shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment in Tyler).

We are located in the Tyler city limits and within minutes of an incredible number of stores, shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc. Uber transportation is easy to use. We have parking on the grounds.

We are just 2-minutes from Faulkner Park featuring several picnic areas, restrooms, pavilions, baseball/softball fields, batting cages, playground, tennis facility, fishing pond, sprayground, 8-miles of nature trails, and skate park.

Please note that our "Pool Hours" are 8:00am to 11:00pm.

We have a new Pickleball Court close to the main house, canopied by big trees - paddles and balls are not provided. Please don't let children skateboard or ride bikes on the court (this will damage the surface).

We have a canoe and paddle boat available for rent ($50/stay). Contact Preston if you are interested. A Liability Waiver is required.
