Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private walk out suite with large windows to enjoy the breathtaking unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake, the surrounding mountains and the beautiful quaint village of Peachland.
Everything you may need, including fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, king sized bed, soaker tub, fireplace, TVs with cable and Netflix, wireless internet, pet friendly, flat driveway parking, heat pump for heating and cooling, dining tables inside and out, linens and towels, and a large covered deck with furniture, gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and one of the most amazing panoramic views in the whole city.

Hiking/mountain biking trails just down the block, including Pincushion mountain.

Wonderful Stay – Thoughtfully Equipped and Perfectly Located.This was by far the best-equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! The unit had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy, comfortable furnishings. It was spotless, welcoming, and just a short drive to the beach and local shops, which made our stay incredibly convenient and relaxing.One thing to be mindful of: make sure to always close the gate securely. We had a bear wander through the property one evening, which was a surprising reminder that you're in a beautiful, natural setting. As long as you're cautious, it’s nothing to worry about—just part of the charm of being close to nature.Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

3 Nights in Peachland

This property has amazing panoramic views of the lake from both inside and outside on the deck. It is bright and airy inside and has a great layout for 2 people. The deck is covered if you want some shade and there is a lower patio if you want some sun. Location is great. A short drive down the hill and you are right on the public beach and the Peach land main street. A terrific value for the price. Will definitely return.

If you can get into this place, do it!

This property was probably the best property we stayed in. The view was spectacular. The property was really clean. And the owners were very nice. It’s a great place to visit wineries (we came home with a few bottles!), and generally kick back. Highly, highly recommended.

We loved our experience at Sageview suites!

Sageview suites gives guests an incredible view of Okanogan Lake and the vistas beyond. The suite is well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, both inside and out on the covered deck.Sharon and Mark, who live upstairs, are terrific hosts. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Sage View Suites has the best breathe taking view in Peachland !

Our suite was just the right size . Lovely bedroom decor, good size bathroom. Laundry rm /walk in closet area with lots of hangers and storage . The kitchen had every utensil needed. Our deck was lovely to sit out on drinking our morning coffee. Best view ever , thanks Mark Sharon 🙋‍♀️👍

Wonderful views and excellent property

The photographs are accurate and we could not be more pleased with our whole stay. The views across the Lake change hourly and daily. The kitchen provides everything you need to eat at home, plus patio heating and grill. The Bliss Bakery by the shore not only provides daily bread and baked goods, but frozen homemade soups and meals which make eating at home easy. Thank you, Sandra and Brian UK

Peachland Gem!

My husband and I have stayed in Peachland in two previous VRBO’s. This property was far the most beautiful and comfortable. The suite is decorated tastefully. Not to mention the most relaxing view. It reminded me of one of our favourite places in a VRBO in South Carolina. Mark and Sharon were so welcoming and at the same time gave us our privacy. Do book this suite for your stay in Peachland! Stunning views- lovely place

Lovely views can be experienced here overlooking the bay as you relax on the deck. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you would need! Nice to have the warmth from the electric fireplace on the cooler evenings. Lots of big windows give lots of natural light. We appreciated having the turf area for our pup too! Very tastefully designed and decorated. Close to needed amenities. Thanks Mark and Sharon!
