There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.

Plenty of place settings include drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker with both single serve and full pot options (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill is provided with propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $100/wk. Hot Tub Heat is optional for an additional $100/wk (total of $200 if you would like both)

Dogs allowed with approval, and there is a $150 additional pet fee.
