The dining room opens to a covered and screened in deck with a conversation furniture. Stone paver patio with a gas grill and seating wall. Outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. The outdoor shower comes in handy to wash off sand upon returning from the beach.

Study/ bedroom with a desk and day bed with trundle. Perfect for some catch up office work if you need to. Spacious first floor bedroom with en-suite bath that has double entry from the hallway.
