Amazing Palo Pinto Lake views at this modern and fully stocked villa. Large deck with outdoor table to enjoy the lake view in peace and quiet. A private dock with ladder for swimming and floating. Massive room sizes and large dinning table make this home perfect for families or groups. Home office with stunning view makes working here a pleasure. All tile or hardwood, so incredibly clean and ready for your visit. Three televisions, speedy wi-fi, and all the kitchen appliances you could need to make your stay comfortable. Outside is a basketball hoop, fire pit, grill, and outside dining seating.

Great location and even better home. They thought of everything. Kitchen was well stocked. Home is immaculate. View is amazing and multiple deer were all around us. This is an amazing spot for a lake getaway for family or friends. The pictures look great and the place is better in person.

Family Christmas

We were very impressed with the beautiful home. The children had lots of fun playing basketball, fishing, and having picnics on the patio - and playing games outdoors. The living room had a great layout, which allowed all the family to be in one large space and it created much warmth and fun - lending itself to games and sharing.The kitchen was amazing. It was well organized with so many pots and pans - that made cooking fun and engaging. We also loved the long table that allowed all of us to share meals together.We cooked out on the patio and enjoyed the fresh air and the beautiful lake. They had a beautiful Christmas tree that allowed a cozy warmth to us all being together.If you like being away from the hectic city - this house will be perfect for you.The host was very helpful and responded to questions and messages promptly.It was a GREAT experience.

Last family vacation before college

This house is extremely beautiful. It fit our every need possible!! Bathrooms in each room made it so comfortable for each family group. Large dinner table made mealtime enjoyable. The back patio was the favorite place for the little ones to enjoy outside while also being safe!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Great house for our group

This house is beautiful. It was very well stocked, probably the best I have ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc for us to make gourmet meals while we were there. Plenty of space to spread out. The weather was a bit uncooperative for us to enjoy much time down on the lake, but the husband managed to get his kayaks out for him and a couple of friends to spend the day fishing. Plenty of room for all of us. It was a very nice bonus to learn there is a golf cart available for use also as the walk down to the lake and then back up the hill to the house was difficult. We could have driven, but the GC was great. Great fire pit outside that we got to enjoy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

WONDERFUL HOME FOR LARGE GROUP

We celebrated our family Christmas over the New Year weekend. This home was perfect with the kitchen, living and dining all open. With 13 in the group, cooking was a lot of your time. But we were right in the middle of everything with a great assortment of pots, pans, serving pieces, the works! Being able to celebrate with fireworks on the lake's edge with a beautifully decorated boat going by was a great addition to our New Year's Eve. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a lovely, large home in a beautiful setting.

Family Gathering

Beautiful home, breathtaking sunrise, basically we had our own private lake, maybe 5 boats out the entire time we were there. The private dock was a hit, and the neighbors let us use the rope swing! We would 100% come again if available!

Successful Family Gathering

The property was everything that was promised on the listing. I was most impressed with the spaciousness of the home. It was too cold and windy for the kids to play outside, but they were happy to play upstairs in the game room. The kitchen was fabulously organized and above and beyond equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The cooktop and oven were a pleasure to use, and that is coming from a person who doesn’t enjoy cooking! I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Lake House

This property was amazing! We celebrated our family Thanksgiving there and appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/baking sheets/cooking utensils/etc. Each bedroom had a bathroom w/2 of the rooms sharing a jack and jill bathroom, but had separate sink areas for those rooms. The living room/dining area were large and nice open concept into the kitchen. Additional fridge in the laundry room helped with the overflow of drinks/food that we brought. Large back patio and nice outdoor firepit off of it. Great lake views too. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen trash can is on the small size, so make sure to bring extra trash bags as we couldn't find any additional ones (might have just run out but we actually brought commercial size bags with us anyway). Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway. We will look into staying here again.

Marvelous Lakefront Retreat

Very spacious, excellent lake views, deep water boat house perfect for swimming and diving. Large deck overlooking the lake. Lots of mature tree for a real tranquil getaway for families and friends.
