Queen bed and bunk sleep 4 beneath 20-ft ceilings with two smart TVs, a cook-ready kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Sundance Square is one block away. Dickies Arena and Bass Performance Hall are minutes out. A space that earns its place on Fort Worth's most walkable, most electric block.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

❤️ You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

On-site parking is not included, but nearby third-party parking lots and garages are available for $25 night; it resets at 3 AM, and you may be charged up to $50. The closest parking lot is just two blocks away, and there’s a convenient loading zone directly in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays after 6 PM.

If you need to unload luggage, the 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building is available for your use. Please note that this area is closely monitored, so avoid leaving your vehicle unattended to prevent fines.
