Mountainside Lodge is a spacious cabin getaway in Valle Crucis. Nestled in the woods, this accommodating cabin with seven (7) sleeping areas and five and a half (5.5) bathrooms is a perfect mountain retreat. Designed with warm wood details, a cozy gas fireplace, and ample seating surrounding a large HDTV, the living room is a welcoming hub for this home, with a bright sunroom with additional seating on the other side of the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd with three (3) ovens, stainless appliances, and space for all to gather around a large island. There is seating for 18 at multiple tables inside, with additional dining outside on the covered porch. In addition, the wrap-around porch boasts multiple swings and chairs to take in the surrounding mountain views. Bring your pup- up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee.

Main Level

Master King Room- Private Bathroom with Walk-In Shower

Queen Room- Private Bathroom with soaking tub and Walk-In Shower

Upper Level

King Room- Private bathroom with combo tub/shower

Queen Room- Private bathroom with jetted tub and shower

2 Full over Full Bunks Room- shared bathroom

Twin over Twin Bunk- shared bathroom

The game lounge has a pool table and an air hockey table, along with an arcade machine, darts, and a large HDTV. Outside, there is a hot tub conveniently located on the porch outside the main living area. The fire pit with Adirondack seating and Red Cedar stumps is ready to go for a marshmallow roast.

There are two (2) washer/dryer sets for large groups. There is parking for 5 vehicles. Access to this home is up one step. The short driveway up to this home is steep- **4WD is necessary in the winter months**.

This home is just two minutes from the historic Mast General store and the Valle Crucis Community Park, with multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, soccer fields, walking trails, and access to the Watauga River to enjoy fishing, swimming, and floating. Other nearby attractions include:

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 60 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
