Fully renovated first floor 2BR-2BA condo in the highly sought-after Pelican Bay community of Naples, FL. Walk directly to the front private lanai with a bistro table that is perfect for your morning coffee. No steps or elevators. The bedrooms are separated to allow for privacy with full accommodations; The front bedroom includes a queen bed TV, armoire, closet, chair, and night stand. It is near a full bathroom and the full-size laundry room. The 2nd bedroom (master bedroom) is at the back of the condo and includes a king size bed, night stand, desk, love seat, TV, ensuite full bath, and walk-in closet with a view of the lake and fountain. The main living area has a sectional sofa, Laz-Boy recliner, dining table (w/leaf) , and 4 barstools. The pocket sliding glass doors open up to a full screened lanai overlooking plush greens and a large scenic lake with fountain. This is an excellent area for entertaining or a quiet space as you soak in the beautiful landscape and sunsets. The front room has a seating area with a modern futon and coffee table that lead to the French doors of the front lanai. Kitchen was just remodeled with new shaker cabinets, stainless steel sink and faucet, quartz countertops and backsplash. Other appliances include stainless steel built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, flat surface induction cooktop and oven with air fryer. Small appliances include toaster and Keurig coffee maker all in new or near new condition. Silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc are also included. As a bonus, there's a wine/beverage refrigerator and cabinet for additional storage. You will have 2 bikes to ride to the beach or shopping (both are less than 1 mile away) ...or wherever! There is a Ring Doorbell that is located on the front door with video for added security. The Laurel Oaks amenities include a beautiful community heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and social room. All Pelican Bay members enjoy 2 beach restaurants, attended beach service (chairs/umbrellas), fitness center, 18 tennis courts/pickle ball, learning center, kayaking, biking, miles of walking, nature paths and so much more. Artis Naples Performing Arts Center, Waterside Shops, and Mercato are just minutes away.

Great family vacation

Amazing location, updated condo and very responsive host. Perfect for families and convenient to everything. Especially enjoyed the easy walk to community pool and long lake view from the lanai.

Great location. Love Pelican Bay and this property's location to everything. That said, the owner needs to do some serious work. MBR is 2 twins pushed together attempting to create a king bed. Doesn't work. Appliances and amenities all need to be brought into the 20th Century. Rust everywhere. Extremely low end furniture, etc.. all of which could easily upgraded. Had issues with the TV's due to the last renters not taking care of things and should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Linens, towels, kitchen ware, etc.. could easily be upgraded. The bikes were a nice addition, and although old were sufficient. Simple supplies like soap or bodywash for the showers, laundry detergent, etc.... were non-existent and we purchased all of it and left it for the next renters. Again, great spot, just needs some attention.

I am a beach and sun lover and can't escape the attraction of SWFL. I am very active and love to be outdoors being in Naples is a great way to escape the cold and indoors. I lived in Naples for many years and visit many times throughout the year. My love and knowledge of the area plus my expertise in managing real estate is a perfect combination that attracted me to this area and condo. I am very responsive and understand the "ingredients" for the perfect vacation.

This condo is in a perfect location in Pelican Bay, Naples and has been completed renovated. You can't beat being less than 1 mile to the private beach, tennis, kayaking, biking, restaurants, shopping, and performing arts. I have made the design and furnishings functional and useful for your beach vacation (whether it be for 1 week or many weeks). There are 2 bikes, fully-equipped kitchen, linens (including beach towels), WIFI throughout, TV's in living area and 2 bedrooms (including Google Chromecast and cable options), and comfortable patio furniture to relax and unwind in the 2 lanais. I love the beach and Naples and want you to also love being here.

This condo has many unique benefits, such as the 2 lanais (front and back) with beautiful landscape and lake views so you enjoy the outdoors without leaving. There are 2 bikes to use at your leisure to explore the area while getting exercise. It's a first floor unit with the assigned carport space steps away from the front door. The location is extremely ideal, being so close to Mercato and Waterside shops (shopping/dining) and Artis Naples (performing arts). The ultimate benefit is the private beach and tennis club, which is less than 1 mile away.
