5 Star living in NEWPORT COAST. Feel like your a Resident at Pelican Hill but in your own spacious home with all the amenities of a resort !

Privately and practically located from some of Newport Coasts finest lifestyle, dining and social allures. The highly desirable Trovare community is @2 miles to the Beach, Fashion Island, Pelican hill resort. You are walking distance to Parks as well as walking and biking trails to the Beach.

Make yourself at home in this STUNNING 2 Bedroom beach escape. This true single level floorplan has no stairs and has direct 2 car garage entry. This home has been exquisitely and completely remodeled, every inch has been upgraded with designer details and high-end fixtures. Decorated by an interior designer in Northern CA, this home feels luxurious and stylish, yet extremely comfortable !

An open concept makes this home feels spacious and well designed. The Master Bedroom boasts a King sized Luxury Bed with Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress. There is also a large walk in closet. A 65 inch smart TV makes movie night in the bedroom enjoyable as well. A patio area opens up from the master bedroom onto a lovely sunny patio and seating area. Perfect for morning coffee.

A master bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower are located in Master Bedroom. The Bathroom has been designed in white tumbled subway tile and is a walk in shower. A full sized washer and dryer are also located in the hallway as you go out to the garage.

The 2nd Bedroom boasts a queen bed with Lux mattress and vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination with quartz vanity.
The Living Room has a gas fireplace. A comfy large couch, 2 Italian leather swivel chairs makes conversation and comfort easy in this space. A 65 inch Samsung smart TV is also easy viewed from the kitchen and dining room.
A gourmet chefs kitchen has quartz counters, top of the line stainless appliances. Loads of counter space and we’ll equipped pots/pans and service ware, etc.
The patio area opens off Sliding doors into the living area . A sunny and bright area is perfect for outdoor entertaining or just sitting with a glass of wine or Morning coffee. A comfortable patio set is plenty of room for 4 people to relax and soak up the sun and salt air.

GORGEOUS PROPERTY! PERFECT FOR PEACEFUL, AMAZING STAY! HOST WAS AAAAA++++ !!!!

We rented several VRBO properties all over the world for years & this was - BY FAR - our most comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable stay ever! If I could give it 10+ stars, I would. We can’t say enough about this gorgeous home…beautifully decorated with well-appointed, high end kitchen & baths & we never slept so well than in the super comfy beds, waking to the peaceful birds near our beautiful, private patios. And the cozy fireplace was perfect for chilly nights. The grounds & pool were pristine and we felt very secure staying inside this well-gated community. A huge plus was the access to Coastal Canyon Park with a gorgeous lap pool, club house, lighted tennis courts & picnic area w/childrens playground. Felt like our own private country club! But the BEST part of our stay was meeting our wonderful host/owner, Dawn, who could not be more welcoming. She made us feel like family & was super attentive to our every need without being the least bit intrusive. She gave great local recommendations & immediately responded to any questions we had. We truly felt like we made a dear friend in Dawn. She definitely went above & beyond to make our stay the most relaxing, enjoyable one we’ve ever had. We were sad when it came time to say goodbye. We will highly recommend Dawn’s beautiful home to our family & friends - and without a doubt plan to return again soon! If you are looking for a gorgeous home for a very peaceful stay, this is the place! We can’t thank you enough, Dawn!!
