The Riverstone area is a modern shopping area with access to the Centennial Trail, walkability 100! Shopping, eating, drinking, and fun activities! Guests will park in one of two visitor parking lots and schedule an arrival time so you can be buzzed into the complex. Key fobs for building entry are available inside the condo once you arrive. Easy access to outdoor recreation at Riverstone Park, the Centennial Trail, and the Spokane River! We suggest bringing your bikes (or renting), parking your car, and enjoying the trails to downtown Coeur d'Alene! Walkability to amazing restaurants, shopping, and fun activities is as simple as walking down the stairs to the village!

A short 30 minutes to Spokane airport makes this condo the perfect halfway point for all things North Idaho.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
