Beautifully Renovated Waterfront Townhome with Boathouse

Relax and unwind in this tastefully renovated townhome situated on the pristine waters of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the professionally decorated townhouse features 2 full baths and 2 private bedrooms and an upper-level loft area, each with queen-size beds.

Perched over your own private boathouse accommodating several PWCs or a vessel up to 30 feet LOA, the townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen and large breakfast bar, a laundry room, an open living area with a luxurious electric leather sofa and chair and a private deck equipped with a grill overlooking the water.

The home is conveniently located across from the Carnegie Bay Marina with easy access to the 1000 Islands Waterway and within walking distance of the charming village of Alexandria Bay, which offers plenty of outdoor activities as well as shopping, riverfront restaurants and nightlife. A 15-minute walk away is Uncle Sam Boat Tours, which offers tours of the historic water-access-only Boldt Castle.

Ideally situated to enjoy the Seaway and explore the breathtaking landscape, the home is a short drive from area wineries, golf courses and the picturesque town of Clayton with its own golf courses, mini golf, bumper boats, boat museum and more.

Beautiful home in the perfect location! We had everything we needed. The boat house was awesome and the kids enjoyed watching the fish in there as well. The marina right across from the home made it super easy to come in and out. We made meals at home some of the time and the kitchen had everything you would need. Patty was so wonderful with keeping in touch and we even got in an hour early! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great place w/ boatouse

We had a great week staying at their river hime. The home looked like it was an HGTV advertisement, well stocked and maintained. So many little touches, that made a big impression…..even had anchor ice cubes! Our family includes a 17 year old and a 20 year old and we had enough space to enjoy the week together.

1,000 Islands Boater's Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The home was very nicely furnished, plenty of space for 6 adults and the boat garage is a boater's heaven! Great location, a short walk to downtown Alexandria Bay. Communication with our hosts was top notch although we had zero issues with the property. We have stayed in other units in this complex over the years and this is by far the nicest!

Wonderful Property

The property is ideally located to downtown Alexandria Bay. It was clean, well appointed and supplied. Patty Jo, the owner, was always in communication. The property is on a second level, and has handicapped access via a lift. If you’re bringing a boat or PWC, the property has a boat house on the first level that adds to the convenience of the place. I would highly recommend this property.

This is by far the best rental I’ve encountered. The townhouse is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Just like a boutique hotel

This townhouse is picture perfect, and comes with absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Things like thick, comfy towels, and tiny little shampoo bottles that smell great, made it feel more like an upscale hotel than a vrbo. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they had plenty of coffee! Communication was outstanding, and the whole process was just a delight from start to finish!
