Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located duplex home. Only 5 min from the airport, 20 min from the beach and 8 min to downtown! Fun isn’t hard to come by here! Great for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This is located really close to Pensacola Beach, downtown, airport and parks. The best parks in the area are Maritime Park and Bay

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guests are welcome to the entire unit (except for one locked cleaning closet) and the backyard.

Close to airport, Cordova mall, downtown Pensacola, Pensacola beach, Parks and numerous great restaurants!

Car or Uber are the best way to get around Pensacola.

- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- If you open it, close it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you borrow it, return it. If you move it, put it back. Etc.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

There is some potential for noise at this property as we are finishing up a remodel project on the other side of the duplex. It's in the final stages so the noise should be minimal.
