This beautiful 5th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach! This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 8 Condo that has 2 beds in the main bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach!

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings! The bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

This is a no pets, nonsmoking condo.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Baywatch Resort will have ongoing renovations starting October 2025. Guests may experience some noise or minor disruptions during the day.

My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!

It was nice and relaxing. I wish we could have enjoyed the balcony more especially in the late evening and early morning but sadly there was someone, either below us or next to us that continuously smoked cigarettes and weed. I understand that is something management can’t control even though the signs posted everywhere not to.

Excellent condo for couple or small family!
