A beautiful large home on the Dayton Valley Golf Course. Also right next to the Dayton Airpark (A34). Drive in, or fly in! Quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, mostly private back yard, great for entertaining. Backs up to the airpark, and the Pine Nut Mountains. If you fly in, we can arrange to leave the golf cart at the tie down area for your stay.

True home away from home

The property was amazing with lots of room for a family of 9. A true home away from home. VRBO posting was a perfect description of the home. The host was accommodating and responsive. We would love to be able to stay here again. Thank you David for hosting our family reunion.

Christmas in Dayton

Exceptional property with exceptional owner communication. The owner decorated the house for Christmas for us!! We had a college kid, an 86 year old grandmother, our other kid is a local attorney. The dog loved the airpark to run outside the back gate. We watched a lot of movies! I highly recommend this property!! If our house is not built by next Christmas, we'll be back. Thank you! A perfect place....even though the weather wasn't great for golf.

Great trip!

We had a great time staying at this lovely home! It was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect and our dog loved the yard and the walks in the neighborhood. It was so peaceful and relaxing. David was very responsive to our questions - the perfect host! We hope to stay here again on future visits to Dayton -

Spacious and a quiet location

We came to Dayton and met several family members at this location. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Keeping in contact with the property manager was very easy, he responded quickly and in a timely manner with any questions we had. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Perfect place for large families

Even though the snow was a 30-40 min drive away, there’s a lot to do inside the house. Loved the game room, board games, and movie options they had. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. My family and I definitely enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful big house.

Carson Valley Work Trip

The house was a perfect place for us to stay during a work trip to Carson Valley. Easy and convenient check-in, everything was as pictured in the house. Comfortable beds, great kitchen/living area and fun game room. Distance was a bit far, but well worth the extra time to get there and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was a pictured.

What a great stay in Dayton while being super close to our family for the holidays. I could see spending time here in the warmer months and enjoying more of what the house has to offer. BBQ, Back Yard, & the golf course. Being 18-33 degrees we stayed inside the whole trip.

Thanksgiving in Dayton

This property was perfect for our family’s mission to bring Thanksgiving to my mother-in-law, who could not travel this year. From the layout, to the game room, to the well-stocked kitchen and the large yard for the dog, it gave us everything we needed. I have a feeling we will be back soon, making this our home base for visiting the folks moving forward.

Best Experience of my Life!

There are not enough words to say how amazing this house was. The property was gorgeous and perfect. The house was amazing and perfectly set up for my needs. Fabulous kitchen for cooking, great living room and the loft area upstairs was an amazing place for hanging out and gaming. Complete with DVD's and all. Contact with the owners was so simple and pleasant and polite. Amazing backyard that my tiny dog was just in heaven running around. I will absolutely be staying here again. I wish I could give the experience more than five stars!!!

We purchased this home to live in for 4 years. We have always had ranch property though, and found that in the south Carson Valley. So we are sharing this home now. It is a great location, close to skiing and Tahoe, Carson City, and Virginia City. For a suburban setting, we always loved the open back yard and treed privacy. And the mountain views are wonderful.

Great to be on the golf course, but not have your back yard open to a fairway with no privacy. The airpark is a great perk for flyers. We kept an airplane here for a while, and what a convenience!
