Great Condo with expansive views. Three huge outdoor pools plus lazy river. Gym quality Fitness Room. Huge Indoor Pool. Short Walk to Beach and Cobalt the Restaurant. Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Beautiful, clean condo

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Loved the view of the gulf and the bay. The pools were great. We loved walking to Cobalt for dinner on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, helpful property management team

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed. We had an issue with a pans, but let Julie know and she got replacement pans for us. It was a great home away from home and would definitely stay again!

Great amenities

The condo was very spacious. It had everything we needed. There are a few updates needed such as the sectional and the chair. The wine coolor did not work and the toaster needs replaced. Housekeepng needs a separate closet to keep all their extras in, such as pillows, blankets patio furniture cushions etc, rather than the master bedroom closet. Hopefully those will be addressed by the time we get there next year. I would recommend this unit!

We loved our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at the Caribe, unit D1116. This was our 5th stay at the Caribe but this was the first time the property management company was Signature Properties. To me, they are the best we have encountered. We did NOT have to drive to another location to pick up the key, the parking pass was included with the fee (no additional charge for one parking pass), the unit was very clean and we loved the way it was decorated, they left us all the essentials in the bathroom (including shampoo/cream rinse) and they left us 'treats' and some water which has never been left for us before. Check out was quick and easy. The location of the Caribe is perfect for us and this unit was GREAT. The beds were comfortable, the couch was comfortable and the colors in the unit were exactly what we like. Wish we could have stayed longer - hope to be back soon.
