Our family of 3 generations recently stayed here after Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the house. The location with direct private access to the beach is unbeatable. Siesta Village is walking distance with plenty of restaurant and coffee and shopping options. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and 2 of them have beautiful screened in terraces with gorgeous ocean views. Bathrooms and laundry room were all on point. One of the garages has several beach chairs and toys. (We added to the toy collection:-) 
 the only downside was not staying longer ! Host is very responsive and provides detailed access info etc. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Great location. Easy path to the beach. House had towels and beach toys. Washer and dryer. Rooms were good sized. Family seating fir dinner inside and outside. Good Beach view. Lots of beverage/wine coolers in the kitchen, plenty of cooking items.

We had a really good time staying here. The location was perfect—waking up each morning and seeing the beach right outside was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including fresh towels and bedding. It was comfortable and made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The host was also great to work with and very helpful, which made things even better. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time at the beach.

QUICK GETAWAY

Everything was good. The path to the ocean was flooded due to some rains and made getting to the beach slightly difficult. But that was minor in the big picture. House is nice, beach is nice, proximity to town is perfect. Great rental house overall. I'd rent again.

What a great location!

The location of the house is the big plus as it is a few minute walk on a private path to the beach. We had a heavy rain one night and the path was a little wet. We just walked an extra minute to the public beach access nearby. There were people around but it was not a very crowded area of the beach. We had plenty of room to set up chairs,etc. it was also a short free trolley ride or 12 minute walk to plenty of restaurants, bars or merchandise shops. The house is near other houses but it really feels very private and quiet. The house is VERY clean and has nice updates throughout. We had 7 stay very comfortably. The balconies are screened in and great for outdoor dining. It was a great family vacation!This is probably not a big deal to most but when we arrived we loaded up with groceries for our stay. When we parked in the garage we found that the house had little windows where you could hand the groceries right out of the car to someone in the stairwell who could hand them through a second window directly above to a person in the kitchen. Very convenient!

Great location!

We loved the location of this VRBO!!! Couldn’t have been happier with how close we were to the beach (literally less than a minute walk!) and the breathtaking views from the VRBO! We were close to delicious restaurants as well! Communication with the host was amazing, responded quickly and helped us with questions we had! Friendly reminder to not forget to review the welcome guide lol 
as we did run out of toilet paper and didn’t realize we were suppose to purchase our own essentials after the initial roll of toilet paper was used! And the information on there of possible bugs native to Florida, which we would have known had we read the welcome guide thoroughly.

The house was certainly as advertised. The beach access was AMAZING and so great to be able to use beach chairs, toys, etc. We loved dining al fresco and had a fabulous stay!

Filthy Property

False advertising, very disappointed, didn’t expect to be a maid and left the place cleaner than we got there. Must of been drunks previously because dishwasher filled with dirty thrown in wine glasses, coffee pot was filthy and used coffee grounds still in, moldy fungus in toaster, dirty dishes and pots and pans in cupboards with dried on food on dishes, not enough cutlery for guest, electrical hazard in kitchen, counters were dirty, toaster was broken, no dish soap or soap to clean dishes. The couches smelled like spring break barf, the blankets did as well and were not clean. The bathrooms had half a roll of toilet paper and that was it no soap no cleaning supplies no toilet brush and tipsy toilet. The bedrooms had unclean bedding,with mildew smell and extra blankets smelled like throw up. The floors were so filthy that your feet were black if you walked without shoes so we had to wear shoes everywhere. The grandparents left early and didn’t return because it was it smelled so bad and floors being so filthy. They have health issues and couldn’t take the place any longer or risk getting sick. There was old trashed filled in the cans from the previous people. The wagon to take to the beach wasn’t there and most sand toys were broken and should be thrown out along with some beach chairs. The top level also had a chair to sit in that looks like it should of been pitched a long time ago and has been broken for years. The best part of the whole stay was the beach and weather.

Fourth of July

Two of my children, their spouses and I spent three heavenly days here. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was very clean, well organized and everything you would need in the kitchen. We all slept really well and loved the beds. The beach itself is spectacular and we spent most of our time there. There are outdoor patios on each level of the house which provided a nice spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. There are beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels and carts to move it all to the beach and back. Overall everything was easy, directions, access, check in and check out and communicating with the owner and we can't wait to go back.
