Welcoming and comfortable
What a wonderful experience. There was ongoing communication, reminder e-mails, a phone call prior to check-in all contributing to the anticipation of our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been easier. The accommodations were welcoming and comfortable. Everything you could need was available. My only regret was not being able to stay longer but we had to continue our roadtrip. I will definitely make this a place to return to in the future.

Overall a nice place to stay in a good location but we experienced a few problems. 1st the pull out couch bed in the living room was broken and completely unusable. This caused us issues with where guests had to sleep. 2nd, the tub in the master bathroom would not drain. It was completely clogged with people’s hair. This was nasty and left us with only 1 shower for 8 guests. 3rd the garage was under construction. This was communicated to use, but was inconvenient. This could easily be a 5 star stay but the items mentioned above need to be addressed.

You're absolutely right—these problems should not have happened. A broken, unusable pull-out couch that disrupted sleeping arrangements for your group is unacceptable. Even worse, having a completely clogged tub full of hair that left 8 guests with only one functioning shower represents a significant housekeeping and maintenance failure on our part.
While we communicated about the garage construction in advance, we understand it still added inconvenience to an already frustrating situation.
Your group deserved a seamless Park City vacation rental experience, and we fell short. We're addressing these maintenance and cleaning issues immediately with the property owner to ensure future guests don't experience what you did.
We genuinely appreciate you noting this could easily be a 5-star stay with these items addressed—that feedback motivates us to do better. We'd very much like to discuss your experience further and make this right. Please reach out to us directly.

Crestview worked out great! It was very convenient to stores and restaurants. The drive in to the ski areas was only about 20 minutes at the 8:30 AM peak period. The option to park outside worked well for us too since we had a larger SUV. The unit we rented was very clean, well stocked and had good beds!

Fun weekend girls trip
Very spacious and accommodating for a 6 adult weekend girls trip. Loved that it was two levels, place was big. But if your going to the pool bring towels from home. They had a washing machine but no soap. And only 6 towels. Otherwise everything was great.

Great Adult Getaway!
Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a large group. We had a little difficulty figuring out the TV and wifi. The place was very clean and quiet. Also such a wonderful view of and being in the mountains. Right by the outlets in Park City.
