Great DC location!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Cindy was a very accommodating and responsive host. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our DC stay. It was an easy walk to the metro and several sights and restaurants. We also felt very safe with our children in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Feeling Right at Home!

We loved our stay and felt right at home with all the touches that went above and beyond our expectations. The walk through the Metro through the neighborhood was something we enjoyed every day. Our communication with the property manager could not have been any better. We would recommend this to any family wanting to really feel like a part of the city during their stay!

Comfortable and cozy

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment in Capitol Hill. There were 3 adults and we were very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Beds and bathroom very clean and kitchen was so cute with everything we needed. Cindy, our host, was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Great stay

The place was very nice, very convenient. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. So much to see and do in DC and this was a great place to come back to each night, equipped with everything you need. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible. Highly recommend.

DC Girls Trip

This apartment is perfectly located to explore the city. City highlights all walkable from here. Metro Station Eastern Market, 12 min walk. From there a direct connection to Dulles Airport. Supermarket 10 min walk. The apartment is even bigger as it looks on the photos. The kitchen very well equipped, good beds and cosy towels. Cindy is an amazing host; always answered within 30 minutes and very flexible. The absolute perfect location for our city trip!

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful after a day of heat and walking. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out. The milk, OJ and english muffins were greatly appreciated.

A Great Stay in Capitol Hill

This apartment was perfect for our family spring break trip! Nicely furnished, comfortable and clean the apartment is in a great neighborhood for families. It’s within walking distance to the Capitol, Eastern Market, Trader Joe’s and 2 Metro stations. Highly recommend!

Capitol Hill stay

Really enjoyed the apartment, very well finished to a high standard, and the Capitol Hill residential neighborhood is very nice. Eastern Market nearby, together with a good range of restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. East to get to the center of DC, monuments and museums via the Eastern Market metro station.

Worked great for a tourist

The place was great for our family as tourists. It was nice to see the bathroom well equipped with towels. Kitchen and living room were great. Easy access to the subway and a Safeway grocery store is very close. It’s below level and a dog barking in the middle of night we’re just items to note but doesn’t take away from the great rental.
