Welcome to Lakeview Inn, a classic Big Bear lakeside cabin. Step into this charming rustic home and take in the breathtaking lake views and boat dock.

Upon entry you will find a standard mudroom and laundry area to the left, with a full size washer and dryer available for your use. To the right is the well-appointed and cozy kitchen, offering a farmhouse style sink, electric range/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a standard coffee maker provided.  Keep the cook company at the rustic style breakfast bar. The dining area offers a large farmhouse style table with seating for your entire group.

Off the kitchen is a fun game room with a Foosball table, shuffleboard table and large Flatscreen TV. Down the hall is a three quarter bath and the first bedroom with a Queen bed and ample closet space. This area wraps around to the family room.

The family room has the most beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy a crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace. You can lounge around on the comfy leather seating, play a friendly game of pool on the pool table, or enjoy your favorite movie on the large Flatscreen TV.

Step out onto the deck just off the family room. Enjoy the serene setting that only Big Bear has to offer, with tall pine trees and the lake just a few strides away. There is a traditional picnic table where you can gather for a meal or activities surrounded by a cozy railing and deck. For the grilling enthusiast there is a propane barbecue provided or after a day on the slopes or at the lake, relax and enjoy the views from the outdoor hot tub

Back inside and upstairs you will find the three remaining bedrooms. To the left of the landing is the second bedroom with a Queen bed, ample closet space and breathtaking views of the lake. To the right of the landing is the third bedroom with a Queen bed, ample closet space and Flatscreen TV.  Down the hall is a three quarter bath and the fourth bedroom offering a King bed and ample closet space.

Lakeview Inn is a cozy retreat that will sure to be the place you will want to stay with family or friends year after year.

Note: Heat from any source naturally rises. This is because heated air is thinner and less dense than cooler air. Homeowner's have installed a ceiling fan in every room upstairs to keep you cooler.

They are 110 V and they take longer to heat up in the cold weather, if the spa has to be drained and refilled, if the top is left off or use for several hours.

Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for lakefront properties.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
