Located high in the forest less than 2 miles from the heart of Mohican, this secluded 2 bedroom log home features a hot tub & outdoor stone patio fire ring surrounded by towering trees. The covered front porch offers stunning views of the forest below. Inside you will find a stone fireplace, a main-floor bedroom, and a second-floor lofted bedroom that overlooks the living room. Enjoy your days hiking or taking in the scenes at the state park, floating down the Mohican River, or just spending time at the cabin.
Kitchen: Range, microwave, refrigerator, standard coffee maker, pots & pans, dinnerware, and cutlery to accommodate 4 people.

Living Room: Couch, Loveseat, TV, propane fireplace

Main floor Bedroom: Queen Bed

Loft Bedroom: Queen Bed

Outside Amenities: Propane BBQ with Propane Provided, Hot Tub, Deck, Polywood dining set for 4, Stone Patio with fire ring (firewood is not provided, we recommend you bring your own or purchase from local gas stations/dollar stores).

Driveway notice: The driveway is long and steep. 4-wheel drive/All Wheel Drive is recommended year-round, especially in the winter. Minivans seem to have the most trouble getting up the driveway.

The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that state we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently no option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.
