In this end unit, you can enjoy the Santa Rosa Mountains, where you might see a mountain goat, directly outside your private patio equipped w/ gas fire pit. The townhouse has 3 suites, each complete w/ full bath & king bed. 2 of the 12 pools are easily accessed at the end of the driveway.

Location, Location, Location! Only minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and surrounded by magnificent mountain views! Tasteful décor, upgrades, and the sunny Southwest exposure make this townhome a perfect setting for entertaining family and friends, relaxing in the sun, dining under the stars, or cozying up by the indoor or outdoor fireplaces.

Legacy Villas is a sought-after guard gated community that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, salt water pools, on site grill, fountains and so much more! Truly a Destination Resort!

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

Legacy Villas is a beautiful community adjacent to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort and Club. A private/rental car is the best form of transportation. In addition to Taxi service from the Palm Springs airport, both Uber and Lyft are in the desert.

ATTENTION! Home has tile floors. Be careful with wet feet and when wearing socks.

*All bookings, especially Festival Weekends (Coachella Fest & Stagecoach) have special requirements from the HOA that include a Rental Tracking Form filled out with names of all occupants and guests (day guests too). Form must be returned at least 4 days prior to the check in date. If forms are sent in late it may delay your check in process.

*NO LOUD talking, unnecessary noises or boisterous conducts is permitted AT ANY TIME. This includes, but is not limited to, televisions, radios, audio/video players and/or other sound emitting devices. Common courtesy shall be observed at all times. Consideration of your neighbors will enhance the enjoyment and tranquility of all.

*There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING in the driveway per HOA rules. Guests can only park in the garage, or on the street or other designated parking spots within the community.

*We DO NOT accept long term stays (over 29 nights)

*Pools, Spas and Fitness Center Hours (pools are heated year round):
– Clubhouse Pools, Spa and Gym Hours: 6:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM
– All Satellite Pools and Spas Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined on Air Concierge's website as well as those denoted below.  Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. 

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 30, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use.

This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. We loved our 3 weeks in LaQuinta! The Legacy Villas are beautiful and very well taken care of. Its location is perfect and walkable to Old Town. Our townhome was and end unit with a nice sized patio and big fire pit which we enjoyed daily. Very clean and attentive management team! Thank you.

Thanksgiving Get Away
We really enjoyed staying in this Legacy Villa Condo. It was clean, spacious, well stocked and nicely decorated. The large patio and fire pit looking out to the mountains was so relaxing. Great location and short walk to La Quinta Resort. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation rental
We had a wonderful mini break staying here. Great location, with a fabulous back patio and mountain view. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped, with beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. Near to pools but also secluded and peaceful. Would definitely come back again with friends.

Favorite place to stay in the desert
We have stayed in several different unit at the Legacy Villas. The complex is beautiful and perfectly located. Several heated pools to choose from. Right next door to the La Quinta resort. This part of the Palm Springs general area gets way less wind. This unit I now our favorite. 3 huge bedrooms with their own attached baths make it perfect for 3 couples. Attached garage. An awesome private rear patio with a fire pit right up next to the rocks offer a beautiful even with a glass of wine with a little music under the star light sky. And the management company is the best I've ever dealt with when it came to instructions and communication. Can't wait to go back!
