This is a great location one of the best beaches in Ocean City. The hosts are very accommodating and the residence is well kept.

Lovely stay here. Close to beach and everything else. Quiet neighbourhood and nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location

The condo is very nice but the location is better! Walking distance to beach, even for young kids. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The condo was clean and good sized; the decks and rooftop deck were a nice bonus. I highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

The unit was great for our family stay. Wendy had everything we needed for kids, beach, and adults alike. It really was such a short distance to the beach. Nauti Donuts was a welcomed surprise and the ability to get food at Kessel’s the first night really helped us out.

Our recent stay was fabulous! The home was the cleanest we have stayed in and we visit OCNJ every year. Wendy was an excellent host and provided all of the necessary information we needed. The only downside was the lack of elevator (since the property is on the second floor). We were grateful that we were able to keep our beach cabana, chairs, cart, etc. in the garage all week. We will most certainly return.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great Memorial Day weekend! The house was very nice, clean and the perfect location. Only issue is the listing states it sleeps 10 and shows 3 beds (bunk beds and an additional bed) in the third bedroom, but there were only bunk beds and it technically slept 8. Other than that, we would definitely rent again. The host is very easy to deal with and responds to any questions right away.

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. It was spacious, and a perfect fit for us. It is so close to the beach, and I’m walking distance of the boardwalk. We loved our stay here, and we’re all sad to go. The patios and roof top porch were great, and we utilized them often! Highly recommend. Katy

Location Can’t Be Beat

We rented the house for along weekend(Thursday-Sunday), our first time away after being fully vaccinated. The property is very well maintained and the location can’t be beat. Just a short easy walk to the beach. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive to your needs. Would definitely rent this property again.

Comfortable, Clean, Close to the Beach!

This was our very first time staying at the Jersey shore! We were a group of 4, my husband and I and his parents. But from the very beginning of asking Wendy questions about the property to the very end we had a great experience! Wendy was super responsive before and during our visit. When we arrived the place was super clean! This house is at an excellent location, close enough to the boardwalk to walk to, but far enough to be away from the busy-ness. And this house is a block from the beach! That was such a huge win and very important to us. This 2nd flr unit had 3 decks, one in front, one in the back and one roof top. We absolutely loved sitting out there during the day and night with the great weather. Inside the house the furniture was comfortable, and decoration very nice so we felt at home, The appliances were a bit outdated, but they worked just fine and we didn't have any issues. The entire check in and check out process was thoroughly explained so we didn't experience issues there either. Overall, we really enjoyed our first stay at the shore and would consider staying there again perhaps with more family members!

The Perfect Escape

My husband and two adult children and I needed some time away from things after the stay at home was lifted. We didn’t have to travel far to find such a lovely home in Ocean City, NJ. We were instantly comfortable in this spacious and sunny space. Everything we needed was there— fabulous kitchen with all the “tools”, very comfortable beds, beach chairs, parking— and meticulously clean!!! We loved the beautiful and quiet neighborhood and it’s close proximity to the beach. Not to mention the 3 deck options. It was truly a blessing to have a week in this space and lovely town. And thank you, Wendy, for being so responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay!

This is a great property and we had a wonderful trip down the shore. The house has so much stuff from beach gear to games to make for a great trip. Almost a full five star rating - the dings come from: the dishes not being clean (we found the dishwashing pod still in the dishwasher suggesting that it never popped out to clean dishes, wish this was checked) and some other minor cleaning issues; and no enclosed outdoor shower (which was not advertised but would have be nice). You will be smart to pick this place! Location is great and quiet.

Great place to stay!

The place is so clean, airy, and comfortable. With large common areas and three bedrooms all with televisions, it could easily accommodate eight people without everyone getting in each other's way. The location couldn't be any better -- steps from the beach and two blocks from the boardwalk. We never used our car, we bicycled everywhere. Wendy, the owner, is very easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions or needs that you have. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for our family!

We loved this location, it was perfect for our family at the end of August 2018. Clean and comfortable accommodations, a very short walk to the beach, an easy bike ride to the boardwalk, and plenty of street parking. We also enjoyed looking at the stars from the rooftop deck. We would definitely return if our schedule permits!

Great location, half block to the beach, lovely home

Very clean and nice. Located in a quiet neighborhood but you can easily drive to the boardwalk and walk half a block to the beach. Especially great for kids. Next time we are in Ocean City we will definitely book again.

Ocean City at it's finest!

We had a very enjoyable week in Ocean City. This property is perfectly located. We spent most of our time on the beach and easy to/from for lunch, etc. This home is clean and spacious. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our family of six was comfortable from meals and relaxing to sleeping arrangements. Loved the porches. The beach chairs were a nice bonus too - didn't have to lug them down! 2543 Central Ave had everything we could have asked for. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Best beach in Ocean City!

We love being so close to the beach which is clean and never crowded -- a good place to brush up on your ProKadima skills! The house is always clean and with 3 porches there is a place for everyone outdoors for socializing and reading. The owner has a real knack for making the best use of space and takes a personal interest in making sure that her guests are comfortable. We love returning each summer to check out what's "new" in the house!
