This townhouse is beautiful with a great location. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The beds were comfortable. There are two flights of stairs so it’s a 3 story home but wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen is small but very nice and updated and has everything you need for cooking so very accommodating. I do recommend bringing your own skillet for cooking so you don’t have a problem with food sticking. The Golf cart is a 6-seater and will save you from having to rent one. It’s new and very nice. There’s an outdoor hose to use for rinsing and cleaning the cart after use, rinsing your feet from the sand, and rinsing/cleaning fish and shells. The washer and dryer were super amazing and helpful. We also loved the showers had plenty of hot water and it never went cold after 5 people having to shower from a day at the beach. This was a big bonus for us. There are fishing rods you can borrow and this was nice. You need to bring your own tackle and bait (it’s very pricey at the convenient store). The sunrise is the best view from the balcony and it’s magnificent. The owner Bennie is quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. The only cons I really could find though I didn’t seek out were check out is at 9:30am which is a bit early. I will add that the owner allowed us to keep our luggage outside the garage and use the golf cart to drive around while waiting for the ferry. The ferry runs at 11:30am and there’s no kayaks as listed but would stay here again! 5 Stars for sure
